The hotel is conveniently located right outside Hoi An Ancient Town. You can walk along the streets or along the river and you’ll be by the market within 7 minutes. There’s a lot to eat and see in the area and the rooms are nicely sized.

Delightfully tranquil destination. We loved our room that was a short walk to the pool and other hotel facilities such as the bespoke tailor on site. The property looked like something from the colonial era and had a very established feel. A special thank you to Phi who accompanied us on our boat tour and then helped us secure our tickets for the memories show. Her service levels were above and beyond, and she really enhanced our visit & made it special. The hotel is situated just a short walk to the old city and all the townspeople we met were lovely. The breakfast buffet was also outstanding.

This is our second stay at Anantara Hoi An. The resort is located on the river minutes walk away from the entrance to the old heritage town. Bikes are complimentary or it’s an easy walk into “town” We love this resort for a number of reasons, apart from extraordinary location. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. We are greeted every time we leave our room, from the cleaners, reception staff, chefs, wait staff, pool attendants, to the grounds men. Breakfast is plentiful and offers a range to suit all diets. Special shout out to Chau, who remembered us from our previous stay. The rooms are spacious and I love the mezzanine style that separates the sleeping to the lounging. Bathrooms are large and at last.. bath sheets, not tiny towels. The pool area is divine. The pool water remains cool due to the layout of the trees and buildings. A welcome relief with the heat and humidity in August. Thank you to reception staff who allowed us an extended departure time, due to our late flights. We will return!

As always, Anantara did not disappoint. Beautiful property, next to the river is an added advantage with the evening breeze making it a perfect place to see the lantern laden boats with a beer. Spacious rooms, well kept property but the best is their staff. Always with a smile, happy to help you with suggestions and ensuring that your stay and preferences are customised based on your past Anantara stays else where. The property is also located very conveniently with the market just few metres away. Kudos

Anantara is really the place to stay in Hoi An. Ideally situated - 5mins walk from the heart of Hoi Ah old town, yet offers a nice respite from the tourist buzz. It has a fairly large ground covered by lush garden. The resort is a 2-storey elegant colonial-style building. The rooms are spacious, stylish, and very clean. Despite shared corridors, I have not experienced any disturbance over a 3-night stay (garden view room). Gym is very good, the pool gets a bit crowded in the afternoon. As to the food - breakfast buffet is excellent, with a variety of options - catering to different dietary requirements will not be a problem; The Art Space restaurant is great for lunch; For dinner, however, there are better options in town than the resort’s Riverside restaurant. Last but not least - excellent service, people are genuinely friendly and super helpful. Overall - a fantastic choice for Hoi Ahn, highly recommended.
