My experience at the Four Seasons Nam Hai was truly unforgettable, largely due to the exceptional service that permeates every aspect of the resort. The staff's dedication to excellence is clear from the moment you arrive on the property. Every interaction with the resort's team was characterized by a level of attentiveness and care that exceeded our expectations. Whether it was the warm welcome during check-in, the seamless concierge service, or the meticulous housekeeping, every detail was handled with professionalism and a personal touch.

In July 2024, we were in a three-bedroom villa for 4 nights and it was perfect; the service, the rooms, the amenities, etc. The pool that we had in our villa was amazing. We had such a relaxing time bonding with each other. I am already looking forward to being back!

This resort is absolutely amazing. The staff is so welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Messaging through the app was super easy and responsive within seconds. My wife has celiac’s disease and cannot eat gluten. The staff was very attentive to this at all meals and accommodate separate items for her. The restaurants on property (and in room dining) are all delicious and there was plenty for her to enjoy. The only hiccup we had was there was a wedding (off property on public grounds) during a spa treatment so we heard the wedding music during the appointment. The spa acknowledged this and discounted the rate. The quiet pool is a little deep at 1.5m all around so some floats in the pool would be nice, but it is still a great pool.

We loved every minute at the Four Seasons. From the minute you check in you are made to feel special. We had two villas, both beautiful and immaculate. The location of the villas is great, every morning we enjoyed a walk along the beach, watching the fishermen in their basket boats. The pool is out of this world, with food and service to match. We enjoyed all of our breakfasts and had a meal in the hotel at the indian restaurant. I was celebrating my 50th and the staff knew this and made my day very special. Special mention to Nam Tran, what a lovely guy. If you get the chance to go here - don't miss it!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Nam Hai! This resorts ticks all the boxes. It has a great beach, big pools, it is big but still feels very private and intimate and never crowded. Service level is very high. The villas are great Food was super. Also for our kids it was one big party. Already at arrival there were personalized gifts for them. There is a adult only pool as well.

I had a great time staying at four Season, everything was perfect, from my private villa and I’m room service, to spa, and beach bar, perfection in every step.
