The hotel is truly beautiful, featuring modern and attractive rooms along with excellent service. However, there is a significant amount of dust present. The management should focus on improving cleanliness in the rooms to enhance the overall guest experience.

Room: I reserved a King size room but received a twin room instead. After waiting for two hours, the staff finally brought sheets to combine the two beds into one. I had to raise my voice to get them to agree to change it to a Queen room, which I felt was unfair, so I deducted three points for this deception. I also purchased an accessory package that was supposed to include a razor, but it was missing upon delivery, which cost another point. Both phones in the rooms were broken, resulting in yet another point deduction. Furthermore, the bathroom lacked hangers for clothes, which led to an additional deduction. Although the sea view was beautiful, the windows were too dirty, which is something unavoidable, so I won’t deduct points for that. On the positive side, the room was clean and tidy, with soft pillows and good soundproofing, plus there were many fast elevators, which I appreciated, earning an additional four points. Overall, I rate the room an 8. As for the staff, some were helpful while others weren’t as efficient, so I gave them an 8 as well. Location: It’s quite far to get to nearby attractions without your own vehicle. However, the private beach was very clean, which earned it a 9.

Guests can feel reassured that the area is equipped with a variety of services, including a minimart, a restaurant serving rice, noodles, and pho, as well as cafes and bars. Therefore, even though it is away from the central hustle and bustle, visitors can enjoy all that they need right here without the necessity of venturing far. • The service quality is fairly acceptable. The reception area at the resort’s entrance has a limited number of staff members, and there is no assistance available for guests with their luggage. Upon checking in, I was informed by the receptionist to proceed to the front to await the tram that would transport me to the building where I had booked my room. Once I arrived at the designated building, a different receptionist directed me to yet another building. Consequently, I had to wait again for the tram to reach this new location while managing my rather heavy luggage. • The food offered here is quite satisfactory, with prices that are only slightly elevated compared to what one would find outside. For instance, a bowl of pho is priced at 80k, while a tray of fruit from the minimart costs 50k. Additionally, a glass of Tocotoco milk tea is priced at 59k. • The view is fairly pleasing, featuring an infinity pool located in the central area, along with a mini water park. Each building boasts its own infinity pool situated on the top floor. However, the S building, which caters to budget rooms, does not have a swimming pool due to ongoing construction. • The rooms are well-furnished, equipped with decent amenities, and have comfortable beds that meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. Overall, for those seeking a vacation spot, a stay of 2 to 3 days here would be quite agreeable.

An amazing getaway that allowed me to unwind and rediscover myself completely.

My experience at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. I decided to visit in the middle of the week, and the reception staff took exceptional care of me. It’s hard to believe it’s already been almost a week since my stay, yet my friend and I still feel great about it. Upon entering the hotel, the security personnel greeted me with friendly questions and expertly guided me to the parking area. I would rate this service a solid 10 out of 10, as they ensured I was directed properly at every turn. When I arrived with a lot of luggage, I hesitated to ask for help, but the staff offered assistance without a second thought, which was incredibly charming. Before the check-in process, the staff inquired if I needed help bringing my items to my room, as the hotel provides trolleys for guests. This was particularly helpful because I had packed more than I intended. During the check-in, I received a welcome drink, although it wasn’t quite to my taste. However, the waitress who served me was delightful and provided thorough instructions, making me feel welcome and cared for. The location of the hotel is quite breezy, which was a pleasant surprise; it kept the summer heat at bay, allowing me to enjoy my stay without discomfort. The hotel features numerous beautiful swimming pools, ideal for guests who wish to relax or take some stunning photos. If you’re planning to swim, just a quick reminder: make sure to bring your swimsuit! If you forget, there are rental options available, although I’m unsure about the specifics. The room was immaculate, as were the hallways and the lobby; everything met my expectations perfectly. I had initially read some reviews about frequent power outages, which made me a bit nervous, but I was relieved to discover that during my three-day, two-night stay, I didn’t experience a single outage. A potential downside—though it may not be significant if you’re just looking to relax—is that the hotel is somewhat far from the city center. It takes about 40 minutes by car, but the roads leading into the city were very quiet, which made the journey feel safe and secure. Another point to note is that the hotel is situated a bit above road level, resulting in a winding road up to the entrance, so a steady hand on the wheel is necessary. In summary, I can confidently say that this hotel is well worth staying at; every aspect of my visit justified the cost! I hope there will be some discounts in the future so I can plan another visit. (Unfortunately, I didn’t take any photos during my time there, which is a bummer.)

Great stay! Clean room, friendly staff, many pools and great facilities. A bit far from center but still perfect. Highly recommend.
