Good Location Hotel
I've stay this hotel 2 nights, the hotel located in the city centre with beautiful style. Hotel's staff are very friendly. The hotel's equipments very modern, I like the pillow in here, very soft and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Excellent customers service
Hotel is high quality and the rooms are fantastic. Big and spacious with huge shower.
Breakfast is fresh and best I've had in Hanoi.
Hotel staff are wonderful and very helpful, great at speaking English.
We needed help to change our flights to an earlier flight and Mr Mike at front deck was kind enough to let us use the phone at reception to do this which was a a relief.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone, won't disappoint.

Friendly helpful staff.
Staff accommodating our wish to remain on particular floor over our five night stay on non consecutive nights. Excellent comprehensive breakfast. Good location for access to night markets and city centre.

Very good hotel, great service, excellent breakfast
A very nice hotel with everything you could expect. We found the service to be excellent. The room was good sized and everything worked as expected. WIFI was good and fast. Rooms were clean. The breakfast was outstanding with everything you could want. Lots of fresh fruits, salads, breads, vegetables as well as the standard western fare. Coffee was great. We would certainly consider Babylon Grsnd when we return to Hsnoi.

Hanoi was a fantastic experience. Walking the streets was very different to our normal experience but was very safe. The hotel was lovely and the staff couldn’t do more to make our stay happy, with a special mention to Bruce..
Hotel was very well placed for walking the historic quarter.
Irish bar next door was great for easy meal and atmosphere after a day’s sightseeing
