This place was fantastic with incredibly friendly people. The accommodations were excellent, featuring spotlessly clean rooms and a spacious balcony. The property, including the pool, was meticulously maintained every single day. Breakfast, served from 7 to 9:30 am, was delightful. The hostess went above and beyond, assisting with currency exchange, ticket reservations, and even bike rentals. I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Hoi An :)

Following a family trip to Cambodia, we decided to pass through Vietnam en route to Indonesia. Our initial experience in Vietnam, traveling with our autistic daughter and two teenage sons, was less than ideal. Therefore, we opted to advance our reservation at Hoi An Discovery Villa by a week and promptly contacted the property owner, Mrs. Thanh. Our request was swiftly accommodated, and Mrs. Thanh arranged for her driver to pick us up from the airport just three hours after our city flight landed. From the moment we stepped into our new residence for the next three nights, we knew we had made the correct decision. We selected room 112 on the lower level behind the kitchen, a spacious family suite featuring two king beds, a sofa, coffee table, and a beautiful, expansive bathroom with elegant brass fixtures and excellent hot water. The room was impeccably clean, with a secure outdoor sitting area (pleasantly private), plentiful fresh linens, and drinking water replenished daily by Mrs. Thanh's husband during their meticulous housekeeping service. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, undoubtedly the highlight of our stay in Asia on this occasion. Breakfast was served à la carte - orders were placed the previous evening, offering local noodle soups, omelettes, eggs, baguettes with fresh fruits (notably delicious mangoes and pineapples), juice, tea, or coffee. The portions were generous and delicious, leaving us unable to finish everything. We also received a few food deliveries to the villa without any inconvenience, finding napkins, salt, pepper, and cutlery neatly arranged on each villa breakfast table. The homestay itself is situated in the quaint village of Cam Son on the outskirts of Hoi An town. Guests will appreciate the complimentary bicycles provided for cycling to nearby rice fields just two minutes away, extending further to An Bang Beach. One kilometer in the opposite direction leads to the ancient town of Hoi An. The village is peaceful and quiet in the evenings, with minimarts, pharmacies, and numerous restaurants all within walking distance from the front gate. The villa boasts a large koi fish pond and a swimming pool, approximately 5x10 meters in size, equipped with ample loungers and pool towels. The water is refreshingly cool in the morning, warming up to a delightful temperature for swimming and relaxation once the sun hits. This was undoubtedly the highlight of our 8-year-old daughter's stay! While our primary aim was relaxation, Mrs. Thanh is capable of organizing day trips, excursions, cooking classes, and reservations at popular restaurants for those interested. Given our relaxation focus, we opted to dine close to the homestay. Laundry services were conveniently provided at a reasonable price, saving us the trouble of locating and retrieving it elsewhere. As we had an early departure, Mrs. Thanh thoughtfully arranged for bread, butter, jam, and fruits for us to take to the airport for breakfast. We cannot express enough gratitude to this wonderful family for their warm hospitality and impeccable customer service extended to all their guests. We will certainly return on our next visit to Vietnam and highly recommend Hoi An Discovery Villa to anyone seeking classic, high-quality service and accommodation at an unbelievably affordable price. Excellent hotel. My only complaint is that our room was too bright in the morning. Perfect if you're an early riser.

Wow what an amazing place to stay. We stayed here for 5 nights whilst in Hoi An. Perfect position for beach and old town. Fantastic breakfasts available. The hosts were very helpful and educational on Hoi An. The room was fantastic, clean and great air con. The pool was refreshing after a nice leisurely walk locally and after returning from the beach. We would certainly recommend this for a place to stay. Thank you Karl & Amanda

Charming hotel close to the old town of Hoi An. The family running the hotel is really a very lovely family and we felt home and welcome from the beginning. The breakfast is typical Vietnamese, i.e. some fruits, pho, noodles, banh mi, pancakes, white bread, juice, etc. Still it is very tasty and you can choose different dishes every day. Our room was comfortable and clean and the pool and pool area were fantastic for the kids and us to relax and cool down. We had four pleasent days in Hoi An. Therefore, we would definitely stay at Hoi An Discovery Villa, again.

호이안 야시장과 거리는 조금있는편이지만, 걸어서 다녀오기 충분한거리입니다. 다낭에서 접근하기도 좋은위치에있으며, 수영장이 깨끗하고 사장님은 친절하십니다.

편안하게 잘 쉬다 왔습니다. 숙소는 조금 노후되어 있지만 그래도 쉴만했습니다. 3층 킹 + 킹 방을 줘서 3층까지 짐옮기는게 힘들긴 했어요 벽걸이 에어컨 1개 실링팬 하나라서 낮에는 에어컨쪽 침대만 시원하고 밤에는 에어컨쪽 침대는 얼굴로 바람이 와서 얼굴 가리고 잤습니다. 위치가 정말 좋아요 근처에 잘하는 마사지샵도 여럿있고 맛있는 현지 식당이 여럿 있어서 정말 좋았습니다. 수영장도 놀기 좋고 신나고 즐겁게 즐기다 왔네요 조식은 전날에 고르고 아침에 먹는데 맛있는 현지 음식 덕분에 진짜 해외에 온 느낌이 들었어요 평화로운 곳에 위치한 아주 사랑스러운 곳이랍니다. 다음에 또 올 예정이에요
