A marvelous hotel boasting superb amenities and an exceptional staff. I extend my heartfelt thanks to all the housekeepers for their diligence and sense of humor, and especially to the reception team - Hung, Lily, and Son. Hung is truly remarkable! He is incredibly humorous, friendly, and always ready to go above and beyond for you. Lily is an extraordinary individual! Elegant, amiable, hardworking, and I firmly believe her smile has the power to diffuse conflicts. Lastly, I want to commend Son. It was a delight to witness his dedication working tirelessly day and night. If he maintains this level of commitment and dedication to his work, I am confident he will achieve remarkable success in his future endeavors. Thank you all very much! I thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

Value for money was good. The service and staff were commendable. There is a need for improvement in organizing tours and in supervising the organizers. Clarity on tour packages should be provided earlier. One day was wasted due to adverse weather conditions in Bana Hills. It was later realized that it was not the right time to visit. Regarding Cham Island, we inquired about the tour before planning our trip, but received no information; upon arrival, we were informed that it was not the appropriate season for that tour. The entire trip concluded with visits to Hoi An and nearby beaches.

Neat, orderly, cozy, and reasonably priced despite my dismay at the 3% additional fee for credit card payment.

One of the best and warmest stay in Vietnam. We simply loved it and enjoy hospitalitly and friendliness. Beach near by and delicious restaurants. The best sunset in whole country. Thank you for everything,it was simply a lovely stay.

I have been here less than an hour and wish I chose somewhere different. I love to swim but everyone smokes at the pool it is disgusting. I am going to try and eat breakfast but all I smell is cigarettes as all the windows are open to the lobby where they have breakfast. The rooms have no information booklets at all. The room is nice but, I am not able to open my balcony ( which I paid extra for) because of all the smokers at the front of the building at the pool and it all comes up into my balcony and room! This is the first hotel from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh I have stayed in Vietnam which allows smoking on the premises now I know to make sure of this fact before booking. I hope this gets better so far I want to leave! I am regretting this and I just got here! I am going to try and find different accommodations.

This place is awful and I feel That they stole from me when I cancelled. Booking .com said no fee for cancellation however they felt the need to charge me for 1 night. The pool is very small and right in front of the hotel and people are allowed to smoke there. Not fair to others that are trying to enjoy the very small pool area. As well the room they tried to give to me was right above the pool and when they opened the balcony to show me the view all I could smell was cigarette smoke. I went directly down stairs and explained the situation and let them know I would be finding other accommodations as I don’t think it is fair that I pay for something I can’t enjoy, the pool area and not even the room balcony. I came back grabbed my bags by 9:30am and they charged me for a night and threatened me that if I didn’t pay they would call the police. So what do I think of this hotel stay away do not go here there are so many other choices. They tried to say to me that I was being unreasonable and they could not tell people not to smoke.. other hotels all over the country and countries I have been in have designated smoking areas so I do not believe that they couldn’t make that a non smoking area especially when it is such a tiny small pool and area that is directly under rooms with balconies. Their response to me has been nothing short of unprofessional and ridiculous. I feel very ripped off and scammed by the one night charge for their very stinky hotel that I didn’t even stay in the room for 5 minutes and when I cancelled on here it said no charges for cancellation.
