My only complaint pertained to the inconsistent water supply and occasional wait for hot water. The highlight of the stay undoubtedly was the food. The breakfasts were delicious and hearty, featuring delightful options such as Mì Quảng and pho. For those seeking a tranquil retreat with picturesque views to wake up to, Zen Boutique is the perfect choice!

You'll quickly feel like part of their family after just a few days' stay. They're exceptionally friendly and eager to assist with anything you need. We received excellent advice from them on tours, tailors, and spas when we asked. The rooms are outstanding, featuring large, comfortable beds and spacious interiors. The bathrooms are also quite spacious, and everything is kept immaculately clean. The homemade breakfast was a highlight; I appreciated how they remembered how I preferred my eggs, and they're happy to accommodate any dietary preferences, including vegetarian and likely vegan options. We enjoyed ample servings each morning, surpassing any buffet experience I've had. One thing to note is there's no elevator, so if accessibility is a concern, request a ground-floor room when booking, though it wasn't an issue for us given the typical layout of villas.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. Breakfast offered a delightful variety of fresh fruits. We received excellent recommendations for restaurants, tours, and tailors that greatly enhanced our stay. Thank you for a fantastic time! We can't wait to return!

A charming and quiet hotel just a 5-minute walk from the historic old quarter. The emphasis on quality is evident throughout, from the stylish decor to the attentive service. The breakfast was superb! Vy, the exceptionally kind receptionist, took excellent care of us :)

Wow! Zen villas is a perfect place to relax and unwind with plenty of options around you! The rooms are excellent, swimming pool is Devine and the breakfast is the best I’ve had in Vietnam! The host is a wealth of knowledge, speaks excellent English and was so helpful suggesting things to do and helping arrange them. I would highly recommend the Zen villa and I would not stay anywhere else in Hoi An!

Of all the places that I have stayed, this was by far the best! The villa was new and well designed. The room we stayed in was comfortable and cozy, and the location was good. But the best thing was perhaps the people there. Both the owner and the housekeeper were sweet and super helpful! I must show some respect here, for even though the whole town was experiencing severe difficulties due to COVID-19 and international travelling restraints, and they could keep very little staff, the place was spotless! Needless to say, we were all happy during our stay there! We will definitely return next time we visit Hoi An!

My mom and me really enjoyed the stay there. When we arrived they gave us a welcome drink and answered us every question to hoi an. They gave us really helpful Tipps what to do, where to eat and that we can use their bicycles.The people who are working there are so friendly and attentive. The rooms are beautiful and really clean. Breakfast is included (fruits, egg, coffee, juice, muesli, noodles). We have to mention that we had a problem with our flight and they helped us and called the airline and managed the details. It would be our first choice to stay, when we would come back to hoi an.
