Great! Great breakfa...
Great! Great breakfast, great place, calm and quiet with a pool that is perfect after the sweaty and humid days in Ninh Binh. Great location if you want to stay close to the landmarks of the area. Alex arranged me a last minute Halong Bay cruise, great service! Needless to say that I’ll come back if I’ll ever step into the surroundings.

We loved Greenland a...
We loved Greenland and Alex, Yin, and their families. The pool was perfect. The free bikes were a great way to get to Hang Mua and the other river boats. The breakfasts were nourishing, with a beautiful view, and we enjoyed our on-site dinners. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with great AC and hot showers. We would definitely stay here again should we be in Ninh Binh again.

Our family of 4 stay...
Our family of 4 stayed one night at Greenland Homestay and enjoyed getting out of the city and to a more rural area. We booked two separate rooms (non-connecting). It was a great stay, very popular with younger couples. Basic compared to hotels but as you’d expect for the area and price - we were happy. The owners were very helpful with talking us through the map of things to do in the area and there were bikes available for use, FOC. After checking out we were welcome to return, use the pool and shower before our evening train. Breakfast included was a good variety including lots of fresh fruit.

I stayed here with m...
I stayed here with my two friends and we had an amazing and relaxing time! We rode the bikes (which are free to use) all around the town and it was very close to all the caves and places to see so we were able to get anywhere by bike. The staff are really friendly and super helpful. The pool was also a nice treat to swim in when it got hot and it was very clean! Will definitely be recommending this home stay to everyone who visits
