Aliana Sapa Hotel and Spa is truly remarkable! I had the pleasure of staying here last November during a photo safari tour across Vietnam. The rooms are not only spacious but also elegantly designed, impeccably clean, and extremely comfortable, featuring all the amenities you would expect from a 4-star establishment. The views from the balcony are breathtaking, even on rainy days. The staff are friendly, accommodating, courteous, and always wear a smile. Most of them speak excellent English, making communication effortless. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and straightforward. Additionally, the hotel’s restaurant is outstanding, offering a diverse selection of Vietnamese cuisine. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor, making every meal a delight.

This is a lovely hotel featuring warm and welcoming staff members who are very friendly.

This hotel is simply the best. While Sapa itself was enjoyable, my experience here elevated my stay even further. I appreciated the friendliness of the staff, who always made me feel welcome. The breakfast was delightful, and I thoroughly enjoyed the spa services. What truly stood out was the genuine care of the staff, who waited with me outside until my car arrived on the final day. I’m absolutely planning to return!

This hotel stands out for its incredibly friendly staff, deserving top marks above any other. I arrived early in the morning after a sleeper bus journey, and was welcomed warmly by the on-duty staff member, who, despite being woken up, kindly assisted me with an early check-in as a room was available. The breakfast here was the most delicious I've had in Sapa. Although the swimming pool was closed during my visit, it offers a view of the majestic Sapa Mountain. The cherry-colored interior wasn't to my personal taste, but this luxurious hotel provided a trouble-free, pleasant stay, prompting me to write this review. Located just a five-minute walk from Sapa Square, the main hub, its accessibility is another plus. There's a construction area on the way, with about 100 meters of unpaved road, but it's manageable. A buggy stop right outside the hotel was convenient for getting around Sapa, where taxis are scarce. My room had a terrace, offering a magical view of the monorail running from Sun Plaza to Mount Fansipan, perfect for capturing the photo of a lifetime.

We had a group of 12 people staying at this hotel from June 23-25, 2020. It turned out to be an excellent choice. Despite being a 3-star hotel, it surpassed the 5-star Novotel Phu Quoc hotel where we had stayed just a week prior. The view from the hotel, overlooking Muong Hoa valley, is breathtaking. The rooms are clean, cozy, and quiet, situated about a 10-minute walk from the town center. Breakfast was very good, and the staff were extremely attentive. During our stay, the room rates were very reasonable. This hotel exceeded our expectations. Even though it is labeled as a 3-star hotel, it outshines the 5-star Novotel Phu Quoc hotel we stayed at the week before. The hotel faces Muong Hoa valley, offering what could be the best view in Sapa. The bedroom was clean, cozy, and quiet, about a 10-minute walk to downtown Sapa. It is very convenient for accessing places that tourists often visit in Sapa. Breakfast was excellent, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. 호텔 위치가 매우 좋고요 조식이 아주 잘 나와요 아침을 너무 많이 먹어서 점심을 안먹고 다녔어요 직원들도 친절합니다 아침에 발코니에서 보는 풍경은 그림같다고나 할까요 흐린날도 맑은날도 그 나름대로 절경입니다.

整體而言很不錯，衹是位置偏了點，從市區走過來要十多分鐘 附近也有不少的新酒店在施工，總體而言位置不是很好，但是房間很不錯，早餐也很棒

The hotel is splendid and extremely huge. Got free room upgrade to suite. The breakfast has wide range of of variety to choose from. I would recommend ppl to stay here too! 👍🏻
