Trải nghiệm - Review - Đánh Giá Golden Sand Resort & Spa - mới nhất 9/2024

Đối tác của tôi và tôi đã đặt cho một kỳ nghỉ 1 tuần khi đi du lịch Việt Nam vào tháng 11 năm 2017. Một tuần trước khi chúng tôi đến nơi, chúng tôi đã thấy trên các tin tức đã có thời tiết xấu ở Hội An tuần trước. Chúng tôi liên lạc với khách sạn để thấy rằng nó đã bị đóng cửa (tôi giả định là do thời tiết xấu). Khách sạn không bao giờ liên lạc với chúng tôi để cho chúng tôi biết, cảm ơn lòng tốt, chúng tôi đã xem tin tức. Khách sạn cuối cùng đã trả lời rằng họ sẽ hoàn lại cho chúng tôi chi phí lưu trú. . .  6 tháng sau và hơn 10 email vẫn không được hoàn trả và ít hoặc không có phản hồi từ khách sạn. Chúng tôi vô cùng thất vọng, chúng tôi đã lên kế hoạch ghé thăm vào cuối năm nay nhưng chúng tôi chắc chắn nhất sẽ là bây giờ sau trải nghiệm này.

Great location. Only short cab ride to Old Town. Infinity pool and safe and clean beach. Family friendly. Kids will love it. Mum and dad will too. Beautiful staff. Definitely a return visit for us. Breakfast was 5 star in my opinion. Catered for every nationality. Although. I did and always do take my vegemite just in case.

The hotel is well located at the water and have a nice and huge pool. The rooms are ok - a bit boring - but badly sound isolated. I could clearly hear what happen pn the road, next dpor room or at the hall way. The bar closen at 22.30! And a double espresso cost 3.5$ very expensive for Vietnam. The same with the Spa double up compaired with normally prices

Second time in Hoi an within 6 month, simply we love this place, nice place and beautiful people . Golden Sand Resort also nice,we visited here for 4 days during a family tour of Vietnam, rooms are good, beautiful landscape,huge pool,free hotel shuttle. I suppose to give 4 star+ rating or maybe 5star but F&B experience was very poor. It's a International hotel but all food taste like local, food are very mild, We are Aussie, we are foodie and love spicy food. Two days we ask for some spicy food but..... Sorry but please ask your Chef to put some Mexican/Indian/Thai foods on your menu. And Restaurant staff need some training and some food knowledge. Front office staffs are very good always smiling face.

My husband and I spent 8 glorious nights at The Golden Sand Resort. Our room was beautifully decorated, spacious and had a lovely balcony overlooking a garden. Although it was located near the road this was not an issue and the room was quiet and peaceful. The bed was extremely comfortable and probably the largest we've ever slept in! We were met with a fresh fruit basket which was replenished every other day. Along with daily housekeeping visits there was a nightly turn-down service where housekeeping staff also tidied and replaced water. Unfortunately; as we were on the 3rd floor, our room was last to be cleaned which meant that most days after we returned from excursions or day trips it still hadn't been attended- sometimes this was as late as 3-4pm. We chose not have our room done on 4 occasions due to the inconvenience of it. The resort itself was immaculate, the gardens were well appointed and you could tell that the place was very well looked after and managed. The swimming pool was beautiful. We estimated that it must have been approximately 75m in length with a children's waterpark at one end where the families with small ones congregated. This allowed us to swim and sunbathe in child-free areas. The resort catered extremely well for different types of guests. We were always able to get a sun lounger and the pool bar served cool drinks throughout the day and into the late evening. The pool was very hygienic with luxury views out to sea running the length of the beach (which is man made and not particularly impressive but that's not the hotel's fault- Vietnamese beaches aren't anything special). The buffet breakfast was excellent. There was an immense selection of food and drink- to cater all appetites and cultures. For the 8 nights we stayed I could have had a different menu every morning. The fresh omelettes deserve a special mention! We had a few meals in the resort (only after busy days on tour when we couldn't face the bustle of the old town) which were nice but pricey- even by western standards. Guests did not tend to eat here so it did suffer unfortunately from a lack of atmosphere- despite the random pop band singing cover tunes that appeared every evening. The hotel provided a complementary shuttle bus service into Hoian old town which was handy only we opted to take a cheap taxi (100 dong) most days for convenience sake. The hotel also organised a large variety of its own day trips and tours for guests. There was an ATM in the main reception. Finally, and I've saved the best to last... the staff were incredible! Generally Vietnamese people are lovely but the staff at The Golden Sand resort were impeccable! From the front of house, waiting staff, to the gardeners they were extremely friendly, helpful and polite. I miss them already :( They really are a credit to the general manager (who also took time to introduce himself to us and ask how our stay was going) and the Golden Sand company. I never saw anyone without a smile on their face. My husband and I are well travelled, and generally prefer to stay in 5 star locations. So it is with experience that I award The Golden Sand with 5 stars. I would certainly travel the distance, and spend the money, to return again in future.
