This experience was truly worthwhile. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, providing assistance with our upcoming destinations. The rooms were impeccably clean, with washing machines available and a lovely living room. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Dalat. In fact, we even decided to extend our stay by another night!

The hotel is impeccably clean and exudes luxury. It is equipped with a full kitchen, complete cooking utensils, a refrigerator, and a washing machine, making it very convenient. Located near the market, it provides easy access to local shopping. The manager and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring every guest feels cared for. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and was very pleased with the hospitality. We hope to return someday, as our experience here was truly delightful and memorable, making it a perfect choice for accommodation.

This was my first visit to Da Lat, and what impressed me the most during this trip was the hotel where I stayed. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were not only clean but also beautifully decorated, providing a perfect retreat for relaxation. I would give absolute positive points to everyone involved, from the driver to the hotel staff, for their exceptional service.

Do not believe the description! The appointments are caves dug underneath buildings. My bedroom had no natural light, but did have a washing machine, and lots of black insects. The cave bathroom led off from this dark dungeon. Kitchen area with no work surfaces. No plates or cutlery to make a sandwich, no toaster. Fridge crammed full of stuff to sell, no space to move it. Countryside views?! The only natural light came through a door leading to a back lane. Next door another cave apartment was being built, very noisy building work. As we were leaving asked to leave a good review. I jokingly asked about the spa in the description, told it was above the cafe. If it exists you need to walk around a block and enter a shop to use it! Don't know the cost as booked by my family but this is cheap low end accommodation. Glad to leave.

It is our first trip to Vietnam and we decided to spend 4 days 3 nights at Dalat, which is known for its natural scenary, cool temperature and more slow paced compared to Ho Chi Minh. The location of the hotel is good as it is walking distance (10 to 15 min) to Lam Vien Square (near to Xuan Huong Lake) where you can access to supermart, shopping, cafe and eateries. Also it is still within walking distance to the famous night market. We stayed at 2 bedroom executive. Do note that it is 2 storey but the floor area is not as spacious as it looks in the picture. However, it is well equipped with kitchen, fridge and washing machine on the ground floor. There are one King bed on the ground floor and 2 twin beds on the second floor. One thing to note (as you have read from other reviews) that the apartment is situated at the back alley, with a very steep slope down and the La Fluer reception shop is at the main road. So it will be a challenge for elderly folks to walk up and down the slope. I would rate the service standard to be above average. The ladies staff (morning shift) were particularly helpful and goes out of the way to help, including providing extra tissue pack and big tube of drinking water upon our request. And they are very receptive to our feedback as we noticed cockroaches on our first night and they took effort to clean up the place the following day. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel for its location. Specially the nearby bakery shop and cafe (selling traditional vietnamese coffee) is excellent choice for our breakfast during our stay. The hotel also helps to call for private hire car to airport at a reasonable price.

We recently stayed in a 2 bed apartment with a kitchen and had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly courteous and went out of their way to provide excellent service. They even helped me plan a two-day trip in the area, which was very much appreciated. The location of the apartment was also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Having a kitchen was particularly convenient, as I was able to prepare meals and snacks as needed. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in the area. The staff were particularly exceptional and made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you!

Phòng sạch sẽ, thoáng mát. Thích hợp cho nhóm hoặc gia đình đi nghỉ dưỡng. Góc nào chụp cũng đẹp, đầy đủ tiện nghi, đặc biệt anh chủ nhà rất thân thiện và dễ thương. Căn hộ nằm ở vị trí trung tâm, gần nhà thờ con gà, cách chợ khoảng 5p thôi. Căn này giống như 1 căn nhà riêng, thích hợp đi với gia đình như nhà mình.
