Bad manager, who try to rip us off. Be carefull with him! He wanted to charge us dubble after 2 days because of tet holiday, butt we already aggreed on the total price before we checked inn. He said it was 20 dollar per night and before we aggreed on 10. I recomend going up and down the street there are manny hotels and hostels who are not on internet and they are much niser than this one.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Prearranged a booking online a few hours before arriving. When I turned up the guy looked surprised to see me. After some time they showed me to my "room" which was comparable to a prison cell. No windows. Just stone walls and a tiny bed that barely fit in the room. The cost was inexpensive so I stayed about five minutes trying to deal with it since I only booked one night. Until I saw rat droppings on my bed. I quickly grabbed my things and went to reception calmly asking them for my passport back explaining the room conditions were less than what was portrayed on the website. The owner was horrible to deal with, refused to give me my passport without paying for the room that I only spent 5 minutes in. He caused a huge scene in his restaurant about me not wanting to pay for a disgusting room I never slept in. He even had the audacity to chase me out into the street after I paid for it call me a "hungry tourist" and telling me I shouldn't have come to Vietnam and spitting. It was an absolute mess. I wouldn't recommend this hotel or restaurant to my worst enemy.

I was in Mui Ne during the Tet holidays. There was no hostels and only hotels available, being a budget traveler i had to get an affordable place available. I picked it although it only had bad reviews. I will try to give a very honest review, it was extremely hard to not give a poor score. The owner is loud, rude and has no patience's. In the 2 days and the limited time i was in the restaurant i witnessed him quarreling with his customers. He speaks directly about what comes into his mind without filtering them. He insisted on holding on to my passport and his reason being that i might steal the things of other hostel guest. 1 of the arguments was about a girl who suppose to say 3 days decided to change hostels and the owner accused her of cheating him. There was 20 beds on the floor with hard traditional pillow and mosquito netting. There was only 14 - 16 lockers available, that means 4 people had to share lockers. There was also some animal and insects in the room that made a small mess on my backpack. I got the bed next to the door and woke up a few times when people walked by. The good points are its really cheap, it caused me USD 6. I liked the traditional housing style, although it was hot at night. The breakfast was good but they serve the same food on both days. The tour offered by the hostel was USD 1 cheaper than those on the streets. The daughter of the owner was very nice and spoke good English. I preferred dealing with her than her father.

I make a reservation for hostel 1 and 10 in mui ne. I have expressly choosed an hostel with 24h reception service, and indicate I will arrive at 11pm. On the morning before arriving, I ask someone from my previous hostel to confirm to avoid any troubles (so a confirmation in Vietnamese to the hostel reception for avoiding any misunderstanding). Then when I'm arrived at 10:30pm, they are already full and they give me as bed a place directly on their shisha bar floor.. When some other "customers" have arrived at 3am, they have switched on the light in the room... And there is a bat getting outside at that moment. The excuse they give me is "sometimes people don't show and you don't have to pay on agoda/booking.com website so if there is other customers coming without booking we give them booked beds". The excuse seems me really stupid as a website asked for me payment information in case I don't show... And I don't understand the meaning of a booking that case. I got the proof the day after I wasn't a lonely case: he wasn't able to find a single booking when there is some people arriving and he gives bed randomly. Then I have changed bed the day after by asking to a girl working there. By coming back from the beach in the evening the reception guys proudly announced me: sorry all bed are full, does it bother you to stay on the shisha floor again. Fortunately, they haven't moved my stuff and I got a bed for the second night. At the end, they have been very generous and they have give me an exceptional 75 cents discount... Only have to pay 11,25 instead of 12 for this awesome booking !!! An hostel to avoid absolutely... The most awful I have never experiment !

I arrived here at the end of the TET Holiday so everwhere else was fully booked. There was definitely a reason this place still had beds if you can call a couple of inch thick piece of foam a bed. The pillow was no better. The dorm that we stayed in had 2 fans for 14 beds. The toilets/showers where not in great shape either there was barely any running water and only two toilets in the whole place. There are no lockers to keep any of your valuables safe and despite what it says when you are booking breakfast is NOT free. Haven't found the staff to be very helpful just take your money and leave you to it.
