On my first morning of early check-in at the hotel, the receptionist greeted me with enthusiasm, opening the door for me at 5 AM. Throughout my stay, he was always eager to assist and guide me, making my trip much smoother. This hotel offers quite affordable rates in Da Lat, and the rooms are consistently clean. I had booked a room with one double bed, but he kindly upgraded me to a room with two beds without changing the price for the duration of my stay. Additionally, there is a Café Phuot Da Lat located below the hotel, serving delicious drinks in a beautifully decorated space. It’s a delightful place to relax and enjoy the view of the streets, and the prices are quite reasonable. This hotel is definitely worth considering if you visit Da Lat, especially since it’s centrally located and close to the night market. In the two-bed room, there was a hair dryer available, but I noticed there wasn’t one in the single bed room. I hadn’t inquired about borrowing one yet, so I’m not sure if they have a portable dryer for loan. The dryer in the two-bed room is fixed to the wall, so it can’t be removed. I hope that next time they can arrange for a hair dryer in the single bed room, as winter days in Da Lat without a hair dryer might mean forgoing showers! However, given the hotel’s excellent customer service, I believe they would readily lend out a hair dryer at no extra cost. Next to my hotel was the “Da Lat Past and Present 2” hotel, where I stayed for the last two days of my trip. I did have a minor issue when checking out; the staff informed me that I had spilled strawberry juice, which had stained the bed sheets. Their demeanor was somewhat serious, and they asked me to join another guest to check the situation together. This guest appeared to be the owner, and she was friendly and polite, showing no signs of displeasure. Her respectful approach reflected the qualities of a good business owner. Ultimately, I was not charged any additional fees, but the attitude of the staff member left me feeling a bit less favorable towards the hotel compared to my positive experiences in the earlier days of my stay (I had been very pleased during my five days here, having stayed at both hotels 1 and 2). Overall, my feelings toward the hotel experience were VERY SATISFYING, and I will definitely consider choosing this hotel for my next stay during future travels. I hope that hotels prioritize proper training for their staff to ensure quality service. As a discerning customer, I believe that such situations should be addressed privately with management before discussing them with guests to avoid causing any discomfort or dissatisfaction. In conclusion, the combination of excellent service from the enthusiastic receptionist and the inviting atmosphere of the hotel made for a memorable stay, despite a few hiccups towards the end. I look forward to returning to Da Lat and experiencing the hospitality of this hotel once more, hoping that any minor issues are addressed to maintain the overall pleasant experience I had during my visit.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the city and close to dining and entertainment options. It's just a short walk to the market, making it very convenient.

The hotel offers reasonable rates, tidy rooms, and is very clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. There's a small coffee shop right below the hotel, so I don't have to go far for a quick refreshment. Its proximity to the market makes it very convenient for getting around inexpensively. I'll definitely visit this hotel again next time I'm in DL.

Do đi chơi suốt nên tối về chỉ cần chỗ ngủ nên cũng không đòi hỏi cao. Nhìn chung giá rẻ nên phòng cũng bình thường. 

Nhân viên chủ động dọn phòng mỗi ngày nên phòng ốc sạch sẽ, gọn gàng. Cơ sở vật chất tốt, thiết bị đầy đủ. Thái độ giao tiếp cũng như cung cách ứng xử của nhân viên hòa nhã, thân thiện với khách hàng.
