Tôi thích ở trong khách sạn này.Nó rất thoải mái, ở giữa thành phố nên khá thuận tiện di chuyển.Ngoài ra giá cả ở đây cũng rất hợp lí,tôi sẽ quay trở lại.

Khách sạn gần biển,bạn chỉ mất 5-10 phút đi bộ là ra đến nơi nên rất thuận lợi.Nhân viên cực kì thân thiên nhiệt tình,phục vụ hỗ trợ chúng tôi rất tốt.Tôi sẽ giới thiệu khách sạn tới bạn bè người thân.

We thought this all a bit strange. No credit cards accepted to pay our hotel bill after two nights here. The beds were rock hard, and the shower flooded the bathroom. (Drainage insufficient I guess). The only thing we really liked was the view from the 8th floor dining room and the pool was a better option than the beach in our opinion. We had it to ourselves. We had a twin share room not very high up, so I don't know much about other rooms. Breakfast room staff were sweet and kind, but little or no English spoken here. Very difficult to obtain any information. If you are in Nha Trang, try to visit the Central Shopping Centre food court where there is a fabulous view of the bay from the full glass windows.

We had initially booked this hotel for 3 nights , upon arriving we were not given a welcome drink nor nothing . After entering our room we noticed this was an old run down hotel , the room had an old box type TV may be 6 to 8 years old the bed was not good the mattress was all worn out and was hurting the back . This hotel is not worth one star , the same night we decided to leave this hotel for summer hotel with is better for a less price

We spend two nights in the Violet Hotel and were extremely disappointed. The staff were rude, the rooms were rundown and the wifi didn't work. We travelled the length of Vietnam and this was one of the most expensive hotels we stayed in and by far the worst. I would highly recommend travellers look elsewhere.

We checked in here last minute. The hotel is dated and in dyer need of a makeover. The value for money was poor at $40 a night! but being a public holiday in Nha Trang we didn't have much choice. Staff are friendly and accommodating however they have a small grasp of the english language which can make things a little confusing. The lift is unbelievably slow and makes going to and from the room a mission. We also had no hot water from the shower. When I made the receptionist aware she simply smiled and shook her head. Another notable problem with the room, we were woken up with a loud disturbing noise constantly between 8am and 10am every day.

Hotel is a little dated, however clean.The location is Excellent, staff were lovely and helpful too but this hotel is certainly not worth $40 USD a night. Much better hotels for less are available in Nha Trang. The Wifi in the rooms doesn't work and the lift is a Joke.

This hotel is absolutely fine. My friend and I stayed here for one night in April having booked it whilst sat on the beach that morning! The set price of $40US/night is reasonable and to me wasn't over priced. Room was fine, girls on reception were very sweet and their English was far better than my Vietnamese! Breakfast isn't anything to write home about but you can find fruit, bread, cake and coffee. We also had an extremely funny incident upon returning to the hotel after a late night out at a beach party when we thought the hotel was locked up. It wasn't, however the night porter/security guard was asleep and the receptionist also asleep on the floor behind the counter. We were magically presented our key, by an arm shooting up from said sleeping receptionist without asking or saying which room we were in! Needless to say much hilarity ensued! There are plenty of Russian guests staying at this hotel and they do take the pressure off other travellers from any hawkers in the local area of Nha Trang. If you are expecting 5 star luxury for $40 a night don't stay here, but if you want a hotel in a great location that is clean and friendly then this is absolutely fine!

My wife and I stayed here 3 nights and had a great stay with no problems. Location was good- close to beach and lots of good places to eat like "Lanterns". The breakfast was decent, and we never tried the pool because we spent more time at the beach, but we slept well and at a reasonable price for the basic room.

I would 100% NOT recommend this hotel. It's terrible value for money given the tiny room, awful service, rubbish breakfast - I'm a veggie and this had zero veggie options but my hubby who's veggie said food he did have was awful! We had no hot water in the morning for shower and bath/sink kept getting blocked. Swimming pool tiny and no sound proofing in rooms so couldn't sleep at all. Great location but that's all.

Lonely planet really seems to be alone here in promoting this as a good place to stay. The staff are simply incompetent. The rooms are substandard. The shower leaked. The wifi is awful. The swimming pool looks somewhat radioactively contaminated. That said, location is great and rooms are affordable, but with so many hotels all around nha trang, why bother with th is one!

The location was excellent, BUT!, the hotel staff are terrible, the picture on Trip Advisor" is misleading, no one spoke English (or very, very little), I thought the room was way over priced (compared to hotels in the area and did not at all deserve a 3 star rating), I will not stay here again and shame on you Lonely Planet for promoting this as a good place to stay Terry and Shawna

We stayed in this hotel as part of a group tour. We had a room with a balcony at the front of the hotel. It met our needs for the most part, although it was a rather run of the mill place. There was never any hot water (some members of the group said they did have hot water) and the breakfasts were not particularly good. The staff did not speak much English and it was hard to get any complaints attended to. For example, the wi-fi on our floor stopped working and I told the front desk three times and nothing was done about it. Our situation was helped by the fact that our group included a person who spoke Vietnamese, so he could help out with some of the problems. Across the street was a bar/restaurant owned by a Canadian and it was always a nice place to go. The hotel is located about two blocks from the beach, which is an advantage.

We have paid a 3 stars hotel which does not meet the 3 stars standards: the towels and sheets are dirty, there a small pool which is not cleaned or maintained. We have booked a senior deluxe room with sea view, but there was no sea view. The quality of the room is very poor.

We stayed there for one night and asked for The suite. The suite is a regular room located on the seventh floor. Its an expensive hotel for the quality it offers. Breakfast is terrible although its on the eighth floor with a good view of the city. The staff was helpfull booking a train ticket for saigon and the swimming pool was small and in the shadow but its always convenient. We didnt get to sleep very well because it was halloween night and all the bars on the other side of the streetbwere pumping music out loud. As we dont care for halloween the hotel staff didnt care at all with our concerns as we just wanted to know at what time would the music stop. Overall its just too expensive for what is, after all, a budget and poor hotel
