The staff and service provided were exceptional! They greeted us warmly and assisted promptly with all our inquiries and our trip to Ha Long Bay. The facilities were impeccably clean, and the rooftop offered a splendid view in a fantastic location.

Warm welcome and excellent service. The hotel's location is truly central, yet surprisingly quiet in both the lobby and rooms. Guests can enjoy a fine dining experience at a premium restaurant (20% discount for guests) and a stunning sky bar offering panoramic views. However, the hotel shows signs of aging; there were traces of mold between tiles in the bathroom. Additionally, the room featured only a small window facing a narrow shaft.

I stayed at this hotel on March 25, 2024 (Deluxe Room 418). Here are my honest opinions for the management: The positives: Everything is good, excellent staff (communicated with Anna via WhatsApp), good breakfast, good service. The negatives: The room is disappointing with a tiny window that can hardly be called a window (6 inches by feet), and the view outside is ugly from the back of the hotel. The second window is not much better; it overlooks a hotel air-well (essentially a wall). For the amount paid, 1,900,000 VND, one can find much better accommodations. When booking a room, make sure to request a room with a proper window and a good street view, not a view of a wall or an ugly area behind another property, as shown in the photos online. They showcase the best room, a suite with a proper view (presumably from the front of the hotel), but the pricing is exorbitant. Check for yourself on Agoda, etc. With that price, you could upgrade to a 5-star hotel with all comforts. Just honest feedback from me. One more thing, the shower in the toilet is fixed; when you turn on the water, it splashes out of the bathing area, making the toilet floor slippery. Final note to the hotel management: Inform customers clearly about the room conditions to avoid negative reviews. 1) Room with No Window 2) Room with a window (BUT with no good view, just a wall of the next property a few meters away) 3) Room with a proper street view. Recently had an amazing stay at La Mejor. The place is spotless and boasts a perfect location. The breakfast offered is truly luxurious. I was slightly disappointed by the absence of an external window, but the upside was the remarkably peaceful atmosphere in the room, despite the hotel's proximity to one of Hanoi's busiest nightlife streets. What truly distinguished this experience was the exceptional service. Han arranged an outstanding Thai massage just around the corner, something I wouldn't have discovered on my own. She also helped me save on airport taxi fare and recommended an incredible cha ca spot favored by locals over the more touristy options. In essence, she elevated what was already a good trip. Huy, Trong, and Lam were equally helpful, organizing dinner reservations, assisting with luggage, and providing valuable local insights. I look forward to returning to Hanoi soon, and when I do, La Mejor will be my first choice.

The ideal stay in Hanoi! La Mejor is extremely convenient being situated right in the Old Quarter, yet surprisingly, we never heard the hustle and bustle of the streets from our room. The service and hospitality are exceptional. La Mejor also offered the best hotel breakfast experience, unbranded, during our Vietnam trip. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Hanoi.

酒店很乾淨，位置適中，職員服務態度良好，酒店設有餐廳及空中酒吧，餐單價錢合理，環境一流，再有機會都會再住這酒店。

Location is central in the old quarters right next to all the pubs. Room was spacious and clean. But the best part of the hotel was the staff. They were all very nice and extremely helpful with their recommendations! Would stay here next time in Hanoi.
