I have just returned to HCM after 4 nights in seventeen saloon hotel (Da Nang) & I must say I DID NOT ENJOY IT....!!! This is NOT the same seventeen hotel I stayed at back in 2015, service is now virtually NON Existent compared to my first stay, Due to typhoon weather conditions, the elevators were completely OUT of service for 1 day, I had to use the stairs down & back up after a long day out. I know at the time of my stay there was typhoon weather & the rain had some effect on the elevators BUT the staff did not even try to apologise for inconveniences & they did not even bother to compensate for the inconvenience...!! << The weather is god's fault, I cannot blame the hotel for this...! They have a food menu in the room for lunch & dinner BUT the reception refused to take our order on a rainy night when we did not want to go outside for food. Instead she said there is "No Longer Food Services available in the hotel" ...?? WTF is that...?? IF they no longer have room & food services DO NOT ADVERTISE FOOD SERVICE In The Rooms...!!! We (my partner & 2 friends) had breakfast on our first morning...& we would NOT take the chance again, it was not very tasty & 1 of my friends had stomach issues all day & evening...!! I had to call reception on 2 days out of 4 to request toilet paper & proper bathroom towels & floor mats, this is after they supposedly cleaned & serviced the room...!! The cleaners did not do a great job of cleaning & they only made up the bed instead of changing the bed linen in 4 days...!! They could not be bothered refilling consumables on a daily basis. We consumed 4 bottles of water from the mini fridge (which was NOT cold) in the first day/evening (which we paid for at check out) & no more additional water was delivered to our room for the next 3 days (except for 2 "tiny" complimentary bottles)...!! ALL of the bedside lighting was NOT working & generally all room lighting was very dim..! I spoke to reception about up-grading & changing to a Cowboy Suite BUT they could not be bothered to show me & showed no interest at all to make extra money with an upgrade...!! All in All, my Da Nang holiday was wet due to poor weather which I cannot blame the hotel about (I will complain to God instead), BUT the accommodation & poor services made the dismal weather even much worse...!! I will no longer recommend seventeen hotel to my friends, as I say above 2 friends joined me on my recommendation & I felt bad for their experience. Needless to say I will NEVER return to seventeen hotel again...!! Back in 2015, this hotel was very nice with friendly caring staff, but this trip makes me think there has been a change in ownership or management & it is now a very poor budget hotel, at best I could say it is just a roof over the head...!! The name should be changed to disassociate it from the Seventeen Saloon Bar downstairs with live music which is actually very good.

This hotel was a horrible experinece. Staff barely said Hello when we entered. The aircondition could not be turned off, or regulated, so the room was horribly cold. Heavy techno music most of the evening from their own bar on the grund floor, so we (on the 7th floor) could not sleep. The staff told us they could not help us with transportation to the airport, although it says so on their Hotels.com webpage. They barely understood English. Worst of all was the breakfast. The chairs were dirty, there was Mouse feces on the floor and on the chairs, and the good was not tourist friendly (no cutlery). Disgusting experinece.

Gần đây đã ở đây trong 3 đêm và được cho là chúng tôi sẽ ở trong một điều trị vì giá khách sạn khá cao đối với Việt Nam. Các phòng rất sạch sẽ và hiện đại, tuy nhiên 3 trong số các công tắc đèn không hoạt động và máy lạnh rất yếu. Chúng tôi không có bồn tắm hoặc dòng sông mà chúng tôi đã hứa tại thời điểm đặt phòng. Cũng thế. . Không có ấm đun nước được cung cấp trong phòng, chúng tôi đã có một ngay khi chúng tôi yêu cầu nó nhưng tại sao cung cấp túi trà và nồi chè nhưng không có ấm đun nước? Ăn sáng trung bình như là các nhân viên. Chúng tôi đã ở lại ở những nơi rẻ hơn nhiều và nhận được sự chào đón tốt hơn nhiều so với chúng tôi đã làm ở đây. Không giới thiệu khách sạn này cho bất kỳ ai.

That is the best choicse for me when i’ve got business trip to DaNang city.
