I had an excellent t...
I had an excellent time here. From the moment I arrived, everything ran like clockwork in terms of getting settled in. The room was great, the breakfast lovely, and the staff were superfriendly and could not have been more helpful and welcoming. I really liked staying there and would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is not the...
The hotel is not the most fancy, nor the newest. However, I can't say enough good things about the staff. They are friendly and most helpful. We were there two days before we met our tour group, and the staff recommended places for us to visit and wonderful restaurants nearby. The manager went out of his way - literally - to make our stay memorable. He didn't just tell us how to get tickets for one attraction; he took me there on his motorbike.

Beautiful hotel clean and quiet staff so helpful and friendly service is number 1 the breakfast is delicious location is perfect so close to everything highly recommended to everyone would certainly stay here again when in Hanoi Vietnam!

Hotel in posizione comodissima per shopping, numerosissimi i negozi di abbigliamento e ristoranti nelle vicinanze, si trova in piena Old Town e vicino al lago, si può girare tutto attorno a piedi! Colazione varia per tutti i gusti. Il teatro delle marionette dell'acqua non è lontano, si va a piedi

Leuk gezellig hotel...
Leuk gezellig hotel in de oude stad, te midden van veel restaurantjes. Vriendelijk personeel en geldwisselmogelijkheid. Ontbijtbuffet is niet groot, maar voldoende. Diverse soorten kamers. Geen inloopdouche, maar douchen in bad! Waterkoker en toiletartikelen aanwezig.
