Our stay at Topas Ecolodge in April was in a Deluxe Suite, spanning three nights, and it exceeded all expectations. The service was exceptionally pleasant and welcoming, starting with a delightful greeting of cinnamon tea and a slice of cake. Adjacent to the reception, a toilet stocked with fresh towels, soap, and citrus-scented amenities was meticulously maintained, as were facilities throughout the lodge, including those by the pool and in the restaurants. Our two-story lodge featured an upper level with a cozy living room, balcony offering sweeping views of the valley and mountains, a corner equipped with a kettle, tea, coffee, and a bathroom complete with a shower, bathtub, and dual sinks. Downstairs, a spacious room boasted a comfortable bed adorned with a mosquito net, a terrace overlooking the scenic valley, ideal for yoga practice, and a functional desk. The culinary experience was exceptional, with breakfast offering a variety of freshly prepared hot dishes daily, blending local flavors with Western options. The carefully curated tableware added to the charm of dining at the 360' restaurant, where we enjoyed breakfast every morning and returned twice for delicious dinners. Topas Ecolodge features three distinct restaurants, each offering a unique menu; reservations for evening meals are required by 3 p.m., a process we completed promptly after breakfast. Billing for all expenses was conveniently added to our room account and settled upon checkout. Staying in a Deluxe Suite provided additional perks, including complimentary evening drinks at the 360' restaurant from 5 to 6 p.m., as well as a poolside happy hour offering a buy-one-get-one-free deal on drinks. The lodge's reception displayed a daily schedule of activities such as outdoor cinema, rice wine making workshops, eco walks, and guided tours through rice fields and mountains, all organized by Topas Ecolodge, enriching our stay with memorable experiences. Topas Ecolodge boasts two swimming pools, one heated near the bar for convenience, and another in a tranquil area with cooler waters. Comfortable loungers with wicker baskets for towels complemented the poolside amenities, complete with adjacent shower rooms and toilets. The lodge's spa, bookable through reception, offered a serene escape with promotions such as a complimentary 30-minute extension on selecting a 90-minute massage between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Welcomed with cinnamon tea upon arrival, guests completed a brief form before heading to a traditional black hut with a thatched roof. Inside, each treatment room featured twin beds, supplied with slippers and non-mesh disposable undergarments. The professional massages in this tranquil setting concluded with another serving of cinnamon tea and yogurt, ensuring a thoroughly relaxing experience. Our stay at Topas Ecolodge was marked by exceptional service, attention to detail, and memorable experiences amidst the natural beauty of the surroundings.

Adored it

From April 13-15, 1967, we lodged in the Deluxe Suites bungalow room, a two-story accommodation. Inside, the room features a bathroom on the first floor, with another bathroom located on the ground floor. Complimentary drinking water is replenished regularly, alongside offerings of black tea, jasmine tea, and coffee. The hotel boasts two breakfast venues and happy hours from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM with free beverages. The atmosphere at the hotel is serene, complemented by a picturesque view. On our first day, we encountered a refreshing, light mist; the following day brought clear, sunny weather, though quite hot. Despite numerous available activities, we opted for relaxation after our ventures at Fansipan and walks in Sapa. Regarding breakfast, we would appreciate a slightly larger selection. Overall, we found everything satisfactory, including the comprehensive service across all areas. Notably, the room lacks a refrigerator but provides a water storage tank; guests can request ice. The hotel also features two swimming pools with excellent views, although we did not partake.

This has truly been an extraordinary experience. The eco-lodge is perched atop a stunning mountain with panoramic views of rice fields. The staff is exceptionally attentive, kind, and welcoming. The spa and other facilities are also of exceptional quality and meticulously maintained.

This resort is truly remarkable. We were fortunate to receive an upgrade to a villa with a private pool - a heartfelt thank you! Sleeping here is heavenly, waking up to swim in your own pool feels straight out of a movie. The cuisine at the “Stelzen Restaurant” is superb, though the portions tend to be overly generous, leading to food waste that doesn't align with the principles of an 'Eco Lodge'. The mountaintop location is stunning, provided the weather cooperates; otherwise, you might find yourself shrouded in mist. The hotel organizes various excursions and hikes in the area, often necessitating some driving, which can be inconvenient. Another aspect not quite fitting for an 'Eco Lodge' is the heated pools; without covers, they lose significant energy at night. However, I must confess - we thoroughly enjoyed them...

Nhân viên hết sức nhiệt tình chu đáo, đồ ăn giá hơi cao nhưng rất nhiều và ngon nhé. Sẽ quay lại vào mùa lúa chín. 1 điểm trừ là trong phòng ko có wifi nên các bạn nhớ đăng ký gói 5g nhé

Khách sạn này quá tuyệt vời, phong cảnh hoàn toàn đẹp ngoài sự mong đợi. Thiết bị trong phòng hiện đại và tiện nghĩ, đồ ăn thì cực ngon. Nhân viên cũng rất nhiệt tình. Tôi thực sự yêu nơi này và sẽ giới thiệu cho tất cả bạn bè

Chúng tôi 2 người ở đây 4 đêm. Tất cả mọi thứ: thức ăn, dịch vụ, tiện nghi đều quá tuyệt và không có gì để chê cả.

Đã từng nghe đến khách sạn này 2 năm trước. Không hề hối tiếc khi đến đây tận hưởng kì nghỉ có thể nói là khó quên nhất từ trước đến giờ.
