I will probably say...
I will probably say the location is decent the rest is normal for a hotel nothing to shout out for but nothing to complain either. Customer service staff can speak English so it's good too

Clean and decent. A...
Clean and decent. A little old fashioned but the staff are polite and tried to fix problems. The a/c in the first room was not working well. After checking, they moved me to another room, apologised to me politely.

Nhân viên rất thân thiện, nhiệt tình với chúng mình lúc cả trong khách sạn và bên ngoài luôn, bữa sáng cũng rất ngon... Bọn mình đi tham quan và bị lạc trong, phía khách sạn đã gửi taxi đến đón chúng tôi. Nhân viên tốt bụng và nhiệt tình cung cấp thông tin chi tiết mình cần. Đây là trải nghiệm tốt mà tính đến hiện tại ở đây bọn mình mới được trải nghiệm
