had a cozy sleep with this hotel,, its the best decision that i chose this. its has been changed its name to a25 truong dinh,, everybody is very welcoming, room are clean and provides you everything. the area is very close to ben thanh market and some convinience store. receptionist and everybody is very approachable even if they don't understand you well you'll see that they put effort in order to help you. they don't have free bottled water on the room but they have a dispenser on the reception to have a hot and cold water. they also have utensils inside the room and beddings are spotless

Disgusting place

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Booked a deluxe city view non smoking room and arrived to find a strong smoke smelling room looking out onto the back of the hotel neon sign. 4 plug sockets had no electricity and both lamps did not work. They gave us an extension cable so we could boil a kettle on the floor at the foot of the bed! Room is dirty and tile grout in the shower is mouldy. Staff did not care and were very off hand. Big list of rules and regulations posted in the room with consequences and a list of the cost of anything damaged. Hardly welcoming. Couldn’t wait to leave! Pictures below of what we thought we were booking compared to what we actually got

vị trí tốt nhưng không tốt

Đã 3 đêm. Vị trí tốt - - đi bộ đến chợ Bến Thành. Nhưng: - dịch vụ khách hàng tồi. - phòng nhỏ chật. không giống như hình ảnh cả - tắm và nhà vệ sinh kết hợp. Cả phòng ướt hết sau khi tắm. tắm nhất định quá cũ và không thiết lập corectly. - mặc dù vị trí tốt, nó nằm trên đường một chiều. lấy / taxi phải đi tuyến đường dài hơn để đến đây

Don't believe what they say

I am an organised person so rang in advance to confirm that I could get a certain room as I had stayed there before. They said yes that will be ok so i booked the room. When I arrived was told that room is not available. No apology or option given.

Not as good anymore

I have stayed here many times over the years but the service just isn't the same anymore. The female receptionist is very rude. They just don't seem interested in making your stay pleasant. Much better options around this area.
