When making a booking, please ensure that all the details you provided are correct. It is your responsibility to notify William Bay Cottages if any of your details have changed. OCCUPANCY AND BEDDING Rather than charge our guests full occupancy rates, we price our cottages based on actual occupancy and bedroom use. We do this to keep our pricing down for guests, ensuring that they only pay for what they use. With all 2 bedroom cottages, the base nightly rate is priced for two adult guests sharing a master bedroom only. Should the two adult guests be traveling as singles and or require separate bedrooms, please contact us to arrange additional bedding requirements prior to your arrival. We would be more than happy to accommodate your requests however please note additional charges will apply when utilising additional bedding. In the case of our 3 bedroom cottages, the base nightly rate is priced to include 4 guests sharing two bedrooms. Guests may utilise either two master rooms or one master room and two single beds. Please specify your bedding preference at the time of booking. In the case of 4 guests only, please note additional charges will apply when utilising additional bedding in the third bedroom. If our maximum occupancy per cottage is exceeded, an additional fee of $110 per person per night will be charged to your nominated credit card. Portacots available upon request.
