Special check-in instructions
To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property ahead of time using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 11:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. This property will serve full breakfast instead of buffet breakfast until further notice.
Know Before You Go
- The seasonal pool will be open from April to November.
- Pool access available from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Up to 2 children 6 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
- Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.
- The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
- Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.

- Fee for buffet breakfast: approximately JPY 2640 for adults and JPY 1100 for children
- Self parking fee: JPY 1500 per night
