Khách hàng cần cung cấp thời gian dự kiến nhận phòng cho khách sạn ít nhất 2 ngày trước khi đến.
Khách hàng có tiền sử dị ứng thức ăn hoặc yêu cầu đặc biệt cần thông báo trước cho khách sạn ở mục Yêu Cầu Đặc Biệt.
Khách hàng phải thông báo cho khách sạn giới tính của mỗi khách để khách sạn sắp xếp vật dụng tiện nghi phù hợp cho các phòng.
Trẻ em 3-5 tuổi sẽ tính phí 4.400 JPY mỗi trẻ mỗi đêm bao gồm giường phụ.

A bathing tax of JPY 150 will be charged when using the property's Onsen. After check-in on October 1, 2024, a bathing tax of JPY 250 will be charged.
A bathing tax of JPY150 must be paid at check in.
It costs JPY150 per person of middle school students and above. (Above 13 years old)
This tax will be charge when using Yufuin Onsen.
From October 1, 2024, the bathing tax will be 250 yen for accommodation fees of 4,001 yen or more.Please note that payment will be required on site. |

Special check-in instructions
The front desk is open daily from 7 AM - 9 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property ahead of time using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 7 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests booked in Half Board rates must check-in by 7 PM to receive dinner.

Know Before You Go

• Reservations are required for private bath/onsen. Reservations can be made by contacting the ryokan prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Contactless check-in and contactless check-out are available.
• Guests with tattoos are not able to use the onsite public bathing facilities.

Fees

• Fee for local cuisine breakfast: approximately JPY 2750 for adults and JPY 1100 for children
