Guests can expect to hear loud noises and smell construction-related odors from 11 AM-3 PM during this period. A scheduled power outage will take place on February 26, 2025 from 11 AM-3 PM. All guests must exit the building during this time. Early check-in, late check-out, and luggage storage will be not available on this date. Guests booking reservations that include dinner must check in before 7 PM. This property offers shuttle service from Izu-Kōgen Station on a limited schedule only.

Village Izukogen (Suite&Ocean View Rooms) is located in Ito and takes about 8 minutes by free shuttle service from Izu Kogen Station, near Mt. Omuro and Izu Kogen Onsen. Free WiFi and LAN internet is available throughout the hotel. Yukata are available for guests to wear during their stay. Guests may borrow irons and desk lamps at no additional charge (please inquire at the front desk for details). Facilities include a communal bath and an open-air bath.
