・Due to the special nature of the room, you make be asked to change to a lower grade room, with limited notice, even after the booking has been completed.
In such cases, the differences in room prices will be reimbursed, or the reservation will be cancelled with a full refund.
・If we are unable to contact you after the booking is made, the reservation will be cancelled automatically.
