This property's restaurant, KINGDOM will be closed every Monday from December 1, 2024 to February 28, 2025, except December 21, 2024-January 5, 2025. This property's restaurant, SHIROUX will be closed for dinner service every Wednesday from December 1, 2024 to February 28, 2025, except December 21, 2024-January 5, 2025 Additional fees of JPY 3,000 apply to children age 7-12 for breakfast when sharing existing bedding with an adult. Dinner reservations are required at least 1-day prior to arrival at this property's restaurant.

- The seasonal pool will be open from April to October.
- One child 12 years old or younger stays free, per registered adult, when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
- The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
- Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.

- Fee for buffet breakfast: approximately JPY 6000 for adults and JPY 3000 for children
- Valet parking fee: JPY 2000 per night (in/out privileges)
