Special check-in instructions
Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Meals are not included in the breakfast and half board rates for children ages 4-12 when sharing existing bedding with an adult, and breakfast can be requested for the listed child breakfast fee and dinner for JPY 3,250. The meals are available for children ages 0-3 at no charge. The name of this property will be changing to Phoenix Seagaia Ocean Tower as of June 6, 2025.

Know Before You Go

• The seasonal pool will be open from July to September.
• Hot springs access available from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
• Reservations are required for golf tee times, massage services, and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the resort prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• One child 3 years old or younger stays free, per registered adult, when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
