This property offers transfers from the train station. To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 72 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Guests booked in half board rates must check-in by 8 PM to receive dinner. The hotel's train station shuttle is located at Hiroshima Station's North Exit. Children ages 4-11 are permitted in the hot springs from 6 AM-10 PM when accompanied by an adult. An entrance fee of JPY 1,000 applies for children ages 4-5 sharing existing bedding. Children ages 3 and younger are not permitted in the hot springs.

- Hot springs access available from 6:00 AM to midnight.
- Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
