[Notice on outdoor pool]
* Safety confirmation and cleaning time is from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
In addition, the pool cannot be used before check-in. It is available until 14:00 after check-out.

Guests who reserved a room with dinner must check in before 06:00 PM or dinner cannot be served and no refund is provided.

Shuttle service is available for Izu-Atagawa Station ↔ Property from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM. Advance reservation is required. When making the reservation for shuttle service, please inform the property the number of people and arrival time.
Up to 3 small dogs, 2 medium-sized dogs, and 1 large dog can stay in the pet room.
A separate fee of JPY 1,100 (tax included) will be charged per pet.
Vending machines at the property only sell beverages.

Special check-in instructions
This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Guests booked in Half Board rates must check-in by 6 PM to receive dinner. Pool access is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to cleaning and inspection, this property's outdoor seasonal pool is not available from 2-3 PM daily. Guests parking onsite will need to leave their car keys at the front desk in case the property needs to move their car during stay.

Know Before You Go

• The seasonal pool will be open from March 21 to October 14.
• Pool access available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
• Hot springs access available from 3:00 PM to midnight.
• Up to 2 children 2 years old and younger stay free, per registered adult, when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• A car is not required for transportation to and from this property.
• Guests with tattoos are not able to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
• This property welcomes guests of all sexual orientations and gender identities (LGBTQ+ friendly).
