Chính quyền địa phương Nasugbu, Batangas quy định tất cả các khách hàng phải đóng phí môi trường 20 PHP mỗi người.
Du khách được yêu cầu xuất trình bản sao điện tử hoặc giấy của chứng từ khách sạn.
Khách hàng phải cung cấp giấy tờ hợp lệ theo quy định của chính phủ (như passport, chứng minh thư, bằng lái xe,…) khi nhận phòng.
Khách phải cung cấp giấy tờ tùy thân hợp lệ theo quy định của chính phủ (ví dụ: hộ chiếu, chứng minh nhân dân, bằng lái xe, v.v.) khi nhận phòng.
Nhận phòng hoặc trả phòng ngoài giờ nói trên có thể bị thu thêm phụ phí.
Thú cưng tuyệt đối không được phép vào khách sạn.
Vui lòng lưu ý bảo vệ và nhân viên an ninh đi cùng có thể ở lại khu vực tiếp tân nhưng không được đi cùng thành viên/khách hàng vào khu vực ăn uống Club và các khu vực giải trí khác.
Vui lòng lưu ý không được cờ bạc, mang thuốc phiện và bất cứ chất gây nghiện và hoạt động bất hợp pháp trong khu vực Club. Club có quyền từ chối nếu cần thiết, từ chối tất cả khách hàng phạm tội tham gia vào các hoạt động hoặc sở hữu các mặt hàng cấm.
Vui lòng lưu ý không được đem thức ăn và thức uống vào khu vực Club. Nếu không sẽ áp dụng phụ phí.
Vui lòng lưu ý không được phép đem súng vào khu vực Club và phải giao lại cho nhân viên bảo vệ trong nhà khi đến.
Yêu cầu nhận phòng sớm tùy theo điều kiện khách sạn có sẵn phòng.

Trẻ em từ 12 tuổi được xem là người lớn

Trẻ em từ 0-11 tuổi được miễn phí nếu sử dụng giường sẵn có. Quý khách sẽ phải trả thêm phụ phí nếu sử dụng thêm giường phụ.

All guests will be charged the Ecological Fee of PHP 20 per person as mandated by the local government of Nasugbu, Batangas.
Check-in or check-out outside the mentioned hours may be subject to an additional charge.

Special check-in instructions
To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. At check-in, guests must provide a negative PCR COVID-19 test result. Guests providing a negative COVID-19 test result must have been tested no more than 72 hours prior to check-in. Customers may be requested by the property to provide documentation of recent travel history (such as showing passport immigration stamps) and/or complete a health declaration.

• Reservations are required for massage services. Reservations can be made by contacting the resort prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation.
• No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property.
