The property have two affiliated parking lots within walking distance from the hotel.

・Sakuramachi Kumamoto parking lot (parking lot in a commercial facility)
1,800 JPY (per night)
Affiliated hours: 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM the next day
Regarding the parking fee, please pay at the front desk as they will give you a parking ticket.
A separate fee will be charged for use outside of the affiliated hours.
You can enter and exit the parking lot during your stay as many times as you like, regardless of the number of nights.
In addition, regarding use other than the affiliated hours on the arrival date and departure date during consecutive nights, a separate fee will be charged.

・Pasuto 24 Karashima Park Parking lot (Parking lot across the road from the hotel)
1,100 JPY (per night)
Affiliated hours: 2:00 PM to 11:00 AM the next day
Regarding the usage fee, the property will give you a special discount coupon at the front desk, so please pay at Pasuto 24 Karashima Park.
Guests will be responsible for the additional fee when use from 11:01 AM to 1:59 PM even if they are staying for multiple nights.
If you wish to enter or leave the parking lot on the way, please ask at the front desk as they will guide you at check-in.

・There is no shuttle service. ・Requests to change room types will be accepted for a fee only if there are rooms available on the day.

If the name on the guest's passport is different from the name on the reservation, we may not be able to accommodate you. The hotel entrance is on the 2nd floor of the Sakuramachi Kumamoto shopping complex.
Our hotel does not have a dedicated parking lot, so we will guide you to the two affiliated parking lots below.
