[Guide to guest rooms]

[Cleaning during stay]
For reservations of more than 4 nights, 1 room cleaning per 3 nights will be provided free of charge upon request by the customer, and other cleaning requests will be charged extra. (Request to the hotel customer center is required by 18:00 a day before)

[Notice of smoking cessation]
This building is operated as a non-smoking room in order to provide a healthy and comfortable room environment for customers.
In the event of an accident caused by smoking, a smoking charge of KRW 150,000 will be charged for liability and odor removal. Please refrain from smoking in the room.

[Parking Information]
- Use of mechanical parking lot under the building (self-access car)
- Only vehicles with a total length of 5.1m, a width of 2.1m, and a height of 1.5m or less can be parked.
- SUV vehicles and some large vehicles (ex. Kona, Ray, Carnival, Starex, Genesis G80, Mercedes S-Class (including GLS), BMW 7 series (including X7), etc.) are not allowed to park.
- You may be towed if you park without permission on a road that obstructs traffic.
- It would be appreciated if you leave your contact information when using a rental car.
* Nearby parking lot information: 52 Sindae-ro 12-gil, Jeju-si, Shinjeju public parking lot (476m, 10-minute walk), KRW 10,000 per day

[Parking Information]
-Please use the mechanical parking lot located on the basement level 1 of the building.
-Vehicles allowed: Cars with a length of up to 5.1m, width of up to 1.9m, height of up to 1.5m, and weight of up to 2 tons.
-Restricted vehicles: SUVs/RVs (including all compact SUVs, Ray, and Casper), electric vehicles, and large vehicles (e.g., Genesis G80, Mercedes-Benz S-Class, BMW 6 Series, Audi A8 or larger).
-For rental cars, the user's contact information must be left inside the vehicle.
-Non-electric vehicles parked in the electric charging station may incur a fine. Non-electric vehicles are requested to use the mechanical or self-parking spaces.
-The electric charging station can only be used with an electric vehicle-specific card (credit cards are not accepted).
-If the parking lot is full or your vehicle cannot use the mechanical parking system, please use nearby parking facilities. Parking fees for external parking lots are not covered.
Nearby Parking Information:Shinjeju Public Parking Lot (10 minutes on foot). Free exit is available between 10:00 PM and 12:00 PM.

[ EXTRA PERSON CHARGE ]
- Your room may be shared within the occupancy standard. However, do not exceedthe maximum occupancy of the room.
- Infants under 37 months of age are not counted in total occupancy.

[ MAKE UP ROOM ]
- Cleaning services are not included during your stay.
- To request room cleaning service, please contact us at least one day in advance viamobile frontdesk. (paid service)

[ TERMS · CONDITIONS ]
- Guests who are under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parents.
- Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
- Entering the room before the official check-in time may result in a penalty of 30,000KRW.
- The hotel will not be liable for any accidents caused by the guest's own negligence.
In case of lost or damaged items, the hotel will require the guest to follow acompensation procedure.
- All spaces, including balconies, are smoke-free. Violations will result in a 150,000KRW fine and restrict future bookings at any of our accommodations.
- Harming others or behaving in a threatening manner will result in eviction.
- Guests need be quiet during the designated quiet hours(After 9PM)
- Please note that additional cleaning charges may apply if the room is left in poorcondition by guests.
