Swimming caps must be worn when using the pool.
Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in.
As per the law, Under 19 years old guests who are not accompanied by legal representatives cannot stay.

Children from 2 years old will be considered as adults

Children from 0-1 year(s) stay for free if using existing bedding. If you need an extra bed, it will incur an additional charge.

Special check-in instructions
Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. It is the property’s policy that children under 19 years of age cannot be accommodated at the property without an accompanying parent or legal guardian. Guests are required to provide proof of the parental or legal guardian relationship and authorization upon arrival. Pool access is limited to one entry per day, per person in July and August. Re-entry is not allowed. The property’s pools, sauna, fitness center, and kid's lounge are closed on the last Wednesday of every month, except July and December (subject to change without prior notice). Outdoor facilities may be restricted due to unforeseen circumstances. This property does not provide disposable personal items, such as comb, loofah, shaver, nail file, and shoe mitt.

Know Before You Go

• Pool access available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
• Guests with tattoos are not able to use the onsite public bathing facilities.

Fees

• Fee for cooked-to-order breakfast: approximately KRW 66000 for adults and KRW 39000 for children
• Facilities fee: KRW 55000 per person and includes use of: sauna
