[ EXTRA PERSON CHARGE ]
- The room may be shared within the occupancy standard. However, do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the room.
- Children also count as guests.
However, infants under 36 months are not included in the count.


[ MAKE UP ROOM ]
- Cleaning services are not included in the stay.
- To request room cleaning service, please contact at least one day in advance via mobile frontdesk. (paid service)

[ TERMS · CONDITIONS ]
- Guests who are under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parents.
- Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
- Entering the room before the official check-in time may result in a penalty of KRW 30,000.
- The hotel will not be liable for any accidents caused by the guest's own negligence. In case of lost or damaged items, the hotel will require the guest to follow a compensation procedure.
- All spaces, including balconies, are smoke-free. Violations will result in a KRW 150,000 fine and restrict future bookings at any of our accommodations.
- Harming others or behaving in a threatening manner will result in eviction.
- Guests need be quiet during the designated quiet hours (After 09:00 PM)
- Please note that additional cleaning charges may apply if the room is left in poor condition by guests.
