The resort is very comfortable. I used the herbal bath service for just 200k for 30 minutes. Due to booking late, my spouse and I had a private room (typically, men and women are separated). Therefore, if your family wants to go together, it's best to choose this last time slot. The entire area is quite peaceful, and the price is much more reasonable compared to other Onsen resorts in the north. The resort truly offers a relaxing and comfortable experience. The services here are excellent and worth every penny. If you're looking for a serene and affordable place to unwind, this is an ideal choice.

We recently stayed at My An and were extremely impressed by the cleanliness and professionalism of the resort and staff. Highly recommended, we will definitely return.

Our visit revolved around a day of wellness, enjoying the Family Onsen and Ganban package for two, priced at 800,000 VND. The facility featured two outdoor sulfur baths, accessible with swimwear. Complimentary drinking water refills were provided. Guests could borrow towels as needed. Following the baths, sauna sessions were available; each sauna session lasted 10-20 minutes, with three saunas in total. Afterward, we visited a cold room before relaxing in a spacious relaxation area, which even included sleeping cabins. For those opting for the Luxury Onsen experience, separate facilities for men and women required nudity. Despite this, the facilities' exterior appearance was quite appealing!

Stunning location with breathtaking gardens, fish ponds, and a lake featuring a waterfall. The hot springs are a highlight. It exudes a delightful Asian ambiance and a laid-back atmosphere. The rooms are luxurious, the restaurant serves top-notch meals, and the breakfast buffet is exceptional with scenic views of the lake and ponds. The staff is impeccable and incredibly helpful. While slightly removed from the city center, it's worth it for the beautiful grounds, peaceful ponds, and solitude. Getting a taxi to key tourist spots (about 3km away) is easy. Highly recommended for tourists seeking a serene Vietnamese/Asian experience away from the hustle and bustle.

We enjoyed our one night here. What an amazing japanese ambience in Hue. Garden is huge and beautiful. My family enjoyed the very relaxing onsen and delicious breakfast. Thank you very much for the very accommodating staff. Definitely we will come back.

3年前にオープンしたkobi 温泉は日本の旅館にいるかのような温泉でした。特に温泉の質が良く、満足のいくものでした。露天風呂が温度を変えて3種類あり、内湯もひとつある他、サウナ、スチームサウナも完備しており、楽しめました。また併設のスパでのマッサージもレベルが高く、連日行ってしまいました。朝食のbuffet もベトナム料理を中心に充実していましたが、宿泊客が少ない時に品数が減ってしまうのは少し残念でした。次回は広い庭園付きのvila に泊まってみたいと思っています。

We are spending two weeks visiting central Vietnam and for our stay in Hue, we decided on Kobi onsen resort. After the hustle and bustle of Da Nang, this resort is a breath of fresh air. It’s about 12 mins drive out of city centre of Hue, which makes it idyll for R&R as Hue city centre is not exactly relaxing. We also figured we’d be taking a taxi out whenever we visited the attractions in town anyway so the location didn’t discouraged us. The facilities and staff are lovely and spa treatments are so reasonable with a fully functioning onsen. It’s just lovely to destress and totally chill out here. It was perfect. Food also of good standard.

We have recently returned home after a month long holiday in Kobi Onsen resort Hue This was our second visit here Once again we had a wonderful holiday here, the resort is fairly new and very beautifully decorated in Japanese style, it is maintained to a very high standard, the rooms are beautiful and the beds are so large and comfortable . The food is excellent, with a large choice of Vietnamese and Western style breakfast, the lunch and dinner choices are also excellent The gardens are immaculate , and very well maintained, a pleasure to walk around The Onsen treatments are fabulous, and you must try them if you come here We feel the biggest asset this hotel has is the staff Every member of staff is so friendly and helpful, you are always greeted with a wave and smile, nothing is too much trouble for them to make your holiday enjoyable 🙏 Thank you to everyone We will see you all again later this year

Kobi Resort Onsen Huế is a hidden gem! The resort is so beautiful and so pleasant to your eyes cause everywhere you look, every corner of the hotel is nicely and tastefully decorated in Japanese style. It sure is a place to relax and destress! Their Onsen facilities are incredible boasting 7 pools for each sex side with different degrees of hot to cold mineral waters in addition to wet and dry saunas! It was so relaxing and rejuvenating after using their Onsen facility! In addition, Kobi staff was not only nice, pleasant but also considerate. We would like to acknowledge the following staff: Ms. Châu from reception, Mr Hieu, bellman, Ms. Lan, Ms.Hang, Ms. Thuy from Onsen facility, Mr. Hung, breakfast manager, Ms. Cúc, Ms. Gấm, Mr. Tuấn and kitchen staff from dining room, Ms. Châu and Ms. Hang from spa. We highly recommended a stay at Kobi resort if you come to Huế, it will be a nice Japanese Onsen experience from Vietnam!

We spent two nights in this marvelous place located a few minutes drive to Hue city centre in a quiet and lovely spot. They offer a spa with excellent professional staff looking after guests. Không gian resort rộng, hồ nước nuôi nhiều loại cá koi. Phòng thiết kế nhã nhặn, ban công thoáng mát. Ở đây có cho mượn free trang phục Nhật để mặc chụp hình. Nói chung nghỉ dưỡng ở resort thích, chỉ có giờ nhận phòng trễ là chưa thích. 2 người mình đi chỉ hơn 3 triệu mà dịch vụ ổn lắm ưng cái tiêu chuẩn Nhật Bản.

Vợ chồng tôi đã có kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời tại Kobi. Tới Huế đúng ngày mưa bão nên Kobi càng là một lựa chọn hoàn hảo. Khi vừa có thể thư giãn với Onsen, vừa có thể dùng bữa tối ngay tại nhà hàng của KS. Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại.

It was one of my best vacations so far. My family was relaxed and enjoyed a lot during the stay. We booked the family villa and had our own private onsen. Villa was clean and tidy, staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. But take note that other facilities like mud bath and public onsen come with charges which confused me at first. Otherwise, everything else is good. I have to give an additional star for the after service. My mom forgot her jewelry after we leave, and we managed to contact the receptionist and return the jewelry back to my mom. Thanks a lot, and we will definitely come back next time
