The room and beach view were delightful. The food was enjoyable but fell short of 5-star standards. The friendly local staff would benefit from professional management to learn luxury standards suitable for a 5-star hotel.

I had the chance to revisit Zannier with my family, and this time I was truly delighted. Opting for Zannier's finest accommodation left me thoroughly impressed. I highly recommend staying at the Beach Front villa. It's absolutely fantastic. The beach and everything else remain as stunning as my first visit. The service has also significantly improved. For me, Zannier remains Vietnam's top beach resort, surpassing even Amanoi and SixSense. I intend to return here often. The dinner menu is somewhat limited and slightly pricey. I have a suggestion that customer experience is paramount for a 5-star resort. I ventured down to the beach restaurant with my family, unaware that it closes at 4:30 pm, ceasing service. I requested the staff to bring potatoes to the beach, with the understanding that I would cover the transportation fee. However, the staff member seemed somewhat inept, initially declining the request. Eventually, he justified it by citing the hotel's fee being higher than the cost of potatoes, which I found unreasonable and thus discontinued the service. Refusing service to customers is unheard of at places like Amanoi or SixSense and should not occur at establishments with high service expectations such as Zannier. I hope Zannier strives to provide customers with the most exceptional and enjoyable experiences possible. Despite this, my trip was very enjoyable, albeit slightly unnerving. ❌❌❌ My previous post remains below. The beach at Zannier is incredibly beautiful. Exceptionally beautiful. The white sand is truly remarkable. The rooms are also very elegant, each uniquely styled. The finishing touches are quite impressive. However, room service is somewhat slow and not entirely satisfactory. Zannier would greatly benefit from improving service quality akin to Amanoi. One minor suggestion is the excessive presence of sewer pipes along the pathways to the rooms, which, for someone with OCD like myself, is quite discomforting. From the dining area to the rooms, there are as many as 30-40 sewer pipes. Some details, such as high-voltage electrical cabinets or streetlights, remain exposed and disrupt the otherwise poetic ambiance.

My Family's Blissful Retreat at Zannier Resort!!We thoroughly enjoyed the simple, rustic charm and seamless integration with nature here. At dawn, we were up at 5 a.m., eagerly opening our window curtains to a breathtaking sunrise. Deciding on a morning exercise, we relished the fresh, cool air that greeted us.The activities at the resort kept us engaged all day long. Mornings were spent at the pool followed by cycling to the beach, where we indulged in various activities like snorkeling to admire the coral, kayaking, and exploring the rocky cliffs for crabs and shells. Cycling became our favorite pastime during our stay, opting for bikes over the electric car except for check-ins and check-outs. Our paddy field apartment was conveniently situated, sparing us from uphill climbs typical of hillside accommodations.What left a lasting impression was the resort staff's warmth and amiability. Despite a modest breakfast spread, the quality satisfied our family's palate.The kid's club was a delightful space adorned with plenty of toys, much to the delight of our little one who cycled there daily. On one occasion, we observed the resort's babysitter caring for a 17-month-old, a reassuring service for families seeking respite.Brimming with satisfaction, we eagerly anticipate our return to Zannier Resort!

Hotel Zannier in Vietnam is truly a paradise. Its stunning location, private villas, and delectable cuisine, particularly the Pho I enjoyed twice daily, ensured an extraordinary stay. I relished the daily chance to create my own Banh Mi with high-quality ingredients and fresh herbs. However, the highlight was undoubtedly the staff—Alan, Javier, Kevin, and Ninh—who surpassed expectations, treating us like family. Their warmth and meticulous attention to detail added an unforgettable dimension to my experience. I eagerly anticipate returning to this hidden gem.

The finest luxury resort in Vietnam, secluded from typical tourist routes.

This destination is truly magical and relaxing. We came here to escape the hustle and bustle of Saigon, and it felt like paradise. The landscape is stunning (spanning 98 hectares, it's one of Vietnam's largest resort areas), yet the architectural density is low, ensuring a spacious and uncrowded feel. The laid-back atmosphere, infused with a profound Vietnamese rustic aesthetic, truly sets this place apart. The entire staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Despite experiencing stormy weather for three nights, we couldn't partake in many water activities. Nonetheless, the spa facilities were outstanding, and venturing outside the resort to explore local spots, such as the bicycle tour through small fishing villages, came highly recommended. The cuisine is excellent too! Local Vietnamese dishes are a must-try, alongside the fresh seafood offerings. However, if you're seeking vibrant nightlife and entertainment, this resort may not be the best fit, as its charm lies in its expansive surroundings that encourage reconnecting with nature and oneself.

Exceptional experience! Every staff member is exceptionally professional and friendly. All amenities are immaculate and well-maintained. While the main pool was undergoing renovations during my stay, the resort staff contacted me in advance and generously offered to upgrade my accommodation to a private pool villa or reschedule without any additional charges. I highly recommend opting for the pool villas as they offer a unique experience! The dining options are excellent with fresh seafood and fish. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Overall, it was a truly magical experience!

這個酒店給我重新定義了野奢。 因為這個酒店，我才攀山涉水來到越南——歸仁 過程不容易 但是還是覺得值得。 我從山頂的泳池別墅，搬下來稻田別墅，有不一樣的感覺，視野當然是山頂完勝的，但是價格也翻了一番。有條件的建議都可以試試。

We spent 10 glorious days at the Zannier Bai San Ho. From the moment we arrived to departure, we felt welcomed, valued and pampered. The hotel provides a rare combination of exceptional service, incredible food and outstanding natural beauty that is tastefully complemented by the modern, yet traditional architecture that blends into nature and respects Vietnamese tradition. There are enough facilities to keep our family engaged - tennis, padel, gym, watersports and an amazing spa. Overall the experience is relaxing and re-energising. Our family has special dietary needs (kosher) and we were wonderfully catered for. The food was delicious and via the private chef and butler service, all our needs were met and expectations exceeded.

Love everything about this resort. Its truly 5* but in a very laid back way and with a strong focus on environment and using local producers and staff .- it shines trough. Cannot say enough of how great the ambience is of the villas, it gives it a very authentic feel.

Phenomenal! Marvellous week at Zannier. We’re both vegan and the food was delicious- the breakfast with plentiful ripe tropical fruit, creamy coconut yoghurt, a selection of European breads, Vietnamese and western cooked items- total indulgence- it took five days to learn to avoid eating too much. Where to improve: the matcha, the barista coffee, the labelling of vegan items on the buffet, the desserts, the range of vegan dinner items. But these are small matters. The architecture was magnificent, the resort owns the entire land between two headlands - the beach and the valley between. The resort is set into the jungle in the way perhaps a traditional village might have looked with natural materials and low/discreet profiles, making the entire development blend with nature. It was best during the week, it was very quiet without feeling empty, weekend was busy with visitors. Room 133 amazing - although it’s the rice paddy class- this one is in fact located right on the beach. We had a burst water pipe at 430am and were moved for the next night to a beach pool villa- which was superb. Andy on the front desk was very sweet, empathetic and professional in handling this. Weather was perfect in July, dry, warm and overcast. Free activities every day eg kayak e-foil hike, we were five nights and always had something to look forward to.

We spent 4 nights in this resort at the end of our honeymoon to Vietnam. The resort was overall lovely, great mix of quiet time and activities, also did the local village tour by bike which was super informative and fun. Things we noticed: - This was the only hotel during our honeymoon in Vietnam which asked for a wedding certificate. However it was also the only hotel where we did not receive any honeymoon benefits (except the small peace of cake at dinner). By asking for the certificate we had very high expectations and were therefore disappointed even though this hotel was just perfect. - Service was sometimes veeeery slow and would forget things all the time - Water Sports - We did the E-Foil lesson which was super fun. However we could not really understand the instructor. - Local Village Tour by Bike - this tour was super fun, would definitely recommend it. We were even invited by local farmers to have beers with them. - You could promote the offered activities more. - Turndown service was lovely, great idea with the good night tea! However they always showed up while we were getting ready for dinner. - Reception could improve - We asked to book an activity, she said she would let us know by breakfast if it is available. The next morning she was not there and her colleague had no idea we already asked for it. - The beach is great, very quiet, you feel like you are on a private island. However there is an issue with lots of rubbish in the water. Te staff clean up the beach regularly but when you go swimming, you swim between plastic bags. - Would have been nice to have more than 1 restaurant open a night e.g. beach bbq, traditional restaurant for local food,.. - You get a lot of value but you also pay quite some money compared to the rest of Vietnam. E.g. the St Maur Rosé (Owned by Zannier) costs so much more than when in St Tropez at the beach. - we would like to mention the following staff who really made our time special in the restaurant: Ms Linh, Ms Trieu, Mr Phuong, and at the beach: Mr Minh

I came across Zannier's profile on social media, saw the photos of their property Bai San Ho and I was immediately filled with longing. The landscape is simply jaw-dropping. Upon my arrival, the reality of the surroundings and the resort's exceptional team exceeded my expectations. The resort is built beautifully to blend with the nature surrounding it. My favourite part is undoubtedly the remarkable boulder rocks at the far right end of the bay. Truly spectacular. The villas were designed masterfully to respect the traditional ways of Vietnamese living and as such each villa category corresponds to a certain theme - mine was a Paddy Field Villa and I could understand how a humble fisherman's hut inspired it; with a subtle touch of luxury of course. The 1 mile-long beach is pristine, everyone had their own little slice of privacy despite sharing it. The same goes for the 20m long infinity pool perched atop the hills, it was never really busy and sometimes I found myself having the entire area to myself at certain times throughout the day. The staff was always there to look after me; from getting me coffee/drinks/items from the menu to happily take a picture when I asked them to. I can say with confidence that there are not many places in the world with true authenticity that Bai San Ho offers. My 3 nights stay was an absolute dream. This is a place where I was able to disconnect from the world and in turn connect with nature and my inner child. I'm already longing to come back, or better yet to experience Zannier's other properties around the globe.

It was the first time for us in a Zannier property and it definitely won't be the last - we liked everything - especially the idea that the Zannier Group is emphasizing certain values (like preservation of environment, commitment to local communities, trying to keep the property in harmony with the nature etc.). We're already looking forward to explore the other properties soon, and hope to find similar components of what is described above :-)

I am not one to spend too much time writing reviews. All I can say is that everything is five star all the way, there’s no detail that’s left unnoticed. It’s an amazing hotel and you’re going there to relax. Tim and the GM made it a great experience

Zannier Vietnam was perhaps one of the most amazing places we have ever stayed, mainly because the resort was so well thought out that we felt no need to leave. They considered every aspect of the stay from the room, the amenities, the hotel services and the food. The concept of the resort is to blend with the nature of the surroundings and offer a true viewpoint of Vietnam with in the style of modern luxury. Our room was filled with details that speak of an ancient Vietnam setting, with rugged wooden furniture, hanging baskets and ornaments. Our beach villa looked out directly onto the ocean with a sandy walk way leading to the beach in under a minute. The natural water pool is incredible and you get complete privacy when swimming. There is an outside shower which is a dream to use in the sun. There is an entrance from the outside shower to the luxurious bathroom where there is another shower, two sinks and a bath. The bedding is so soft and comfortable and has a beautiful netting that surrounds the bed to protect you from mosquitoes. In the morning you look out to the sea from your bed. If you want anything or want to go anywhere in the resort, you just call reception and they take you in a golf buggy to the restaurant or beachside bar. The most impressive thing for us was the food, because it could really go one way or another. All of the staff are local Vietnamese people who have a passion for the food, and they hire daily Vietnamese people to cook local dishes. One thing we will remember for ever is thr prawn pancakes which a local Vietnamese lady cooked, and the pork Banh Mi roll. They really do have a full offering for breakfast every morning, fresh fruit, pastries, western menu section, Vietnamese local pork stews, crispy pork with noodles and Fresh bread. Every morning they have an aperitif juice of the day and the coffee is really excellent. We recommend the coconut coffee. All of the other restaurants also offer amazing food but we recommend eating the Vietnamese food for the best experience. We had a next level spa treatment at Zannier which is worth every penny. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

Zannier Bai San Ho is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It is absolutely gorgeous and the stylish design using natural colours and textures makes it feel upscale bohemian. The Vietnamese breakfast food was some of the best food I’ve eaten throughout my whole travels in Vietnam. We had a private 1 bedroom beach pool villa which has a private pool, outside shower, and direct walking access to their private beach. Amazing place!

You will experience a resort like no other. The quaintness of the accommodation, the amazing views from the infinity pool towards the white sandy beach and the South China Sea are memories that will stay for a lifetime. The staff are a delight and keen to help with all your needs. Having missed breakfast due to upset stomachs the staff contacted us to ensure we were OK and then proceeded to provide us with medication etc. While not extensive the food was delicious and plentiful. The small touches like a parasol to keep the sun of your face and burners to light when sitting on your balcony were lovely. The private beach and activities on offer were fantastic. If you want a treat while travelling you couldn't pick a better resort or resort hotel chain. with a strong eco philosophy.

The resort and location is stunning! The beach pool villa we had was divine and so indulgent. Food was excellent especially the local tastings and treat in our room every night. Best part was the personable and warm staff. Special shout out to Tai, who drove us to and from the airport. He was such a good first impression of the resort! Andy who checked us in and out was also great! And finally, all the ladies at breakfast were excellent. Some of the best service we’ve had anywhere!
