The hotel is stunning, and the service is exceptional. I particularly appreciated Ha Uyên’s assistance in arranging transportation to another part of Vietnam. Unfortunately, the weather in February wasn’t ideal, so I couldn’t fully enjoy the blue skies and outdoor amenities.

A place truly worth experiencing. I visited last Friday with my family. The interior architecture of the hotel is genuinely stunning, embodying that classic, luxurious Indochinese style. Although I read some comments saying the staff at Mgallery Cat Ba provide poor service, I found the staff to be very friendly and approachable. The food here is absolutely delicious. The hotel's services are quite comprehensive, offering both dry saunas and steam baths for free. Overall, I highly recommend experiencing this place when you visit Cat Ba, it is definitely worth the money!

The hotel boasts a beautiful and stylish design, offering numerous bay views and plenty of relaxing seating areas. Breakfast is delicious and varied, with a hearty and tasty lunch/dinner set menu. The staff are friendly and professional, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Enthralled by the entire experience. The staff's exceptional hospitality complements the stunning beauty of the entire facility. However, my concern for Vietnam looms large due to the severe marine litter issue. Unless addressed promptly, it could adversely impact long-term tourism. Cat Ba Island and Ha Long Bay are global treasures that urgently require environmental stewardship. The pervasive presence of floating rubbish is disheartening.

The beautiful and luxurious hotel is conveniently located right on Cat Co 3 beach, providing easy access to the seaside. During the tourist season, the nearby beach is likely to be crowded and not particularly tranquil, which may not be advantageous. The hotel features a standard swimming pool on the first floor and a small 4-season swimming pool on the 11th floor. The sea-view rooms are stunning, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic. The restaurant is spacious with beautiful decor, offering a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of dishes. The only minor downside is the limited car parking space. Additionally, the hotel entrance leads directly to Cat Co 3 beach, which is sure to be bustling during the tourist season.

A truly fantastic resort destination!

We stayed for two nights. Everything was flawless, from check-in to check-out. Our deluxe room was incredibly spacious with an amazing view. The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind. The dining experience was superb, and the prices were reasonable for a five-star hotel. Dining at Akoya for sushi was a perfect choice; the chef was delightful. Conversations with the manager were also pleasant; he's quite talkative. In the evening, we enjoyed cocktails by the pool, and at night, we had more cocktails at the lobby bar. We look forward to returning soon!

The ambiance is fitting for a 5-star hotel, but the staff's hospitality is somewhat lacking. There were no inconveniences, but I believe other nearby hotels with lower prices wouldn't be bad either.

Staying in room 604 was a delight; it was pristine with top-tier amenities and offered a magnificent view. The room provided complimentary water, tea, and soft drinks. The check-in process was swift and efficient with a warmly welcoming receptionist who offered refreshments and cold towels. The hotel features a spacious swimming pool and is located beside the picturesque Co 3 sandy beach. Being peak tourist season, the hotel was bustling with guests, creating a vibrant atmosphere and ensuring enjoyable experiences. My family and I look forward to returning next summer to relive the wonderful memories.

Best option in Cat Ba. Recommended for everyone.

호텔은 아름답고 예뻤습니다. 곳곳을 아기자기한 소품들로 꾸며서 눈이 즐거워요. 수영장도 훌륭하고 근처 바다는 맑지는 않지만 파도를 즐기는 재미가 있습니다. 음식도 맛있어요!

環境：這是吉婆島上位子最好的酒店，風景秀麗，樓頂平台周邊美景一覽無餘； 服務：員工及其認真負責，服務態度極棒，特別的：島上孩子吃海鮮過敏，夜裡需要去當地醫院，接待小姐姐及其負責的幫我們預約的士，一起去醫院，協助和醫生溝通，直到安頓好孩子後，還跑出去買了水和小食品給我們夜裡備用，第二天一大早就到酒店查看情況，協助辦理出院手續等等，內心感謝至極，感謝酒店和員工的熱情負責！強烈推薦！

很棒的體驗👍🏻會在入住，服務很好，協助訂回程的車票，早餐也很好吃，一切都很值得，會在回訪，整體很享受

酒店算是豪華型酒店，法式裝修風格，自助晚餐和早餐在越南的水準來看都是非常高的。酒店下方是非常優質的沙灘，唯一的缺點是不是私有的，週末會碰到下餃子的情況。酒店離島上的商業步行15分鐘，還是很不錯的體驗。

친절하고 깨끗합니다 다음에도 깟바섬 가면 방문할 의향 있어요 하지만 프라이빗 비치라고 했는데 사람이 너어어무 많았어요.. 프라이빗 비치는 없었습니다

環境沒得説呀！設施也很漂亮。服務也真是不錯，就是裝臟衣服的洗衣袋，不值錢的無紡布的，我像平時住酒店一樣，裝着臟衣服，帶走了，居然還收費，第一次遇到這樣的情況。

Абсолютно прекрасное место. Отдыхали с мужем и сыном подростком три дня. Все прошло замечательно. Завтраки чудесные, до Катба тауна можно на электрокаре за 3 минуты, можно пешком за 20 минут. В отеле много уютных красивых мест. Очень всем рекомендуем!

Amazong experience, really recommendable. Just the reception should take care more attention for transportation booking from Cat Ba to Hanoi, they should nominate and manage better the customer for that.
