"Location to begin with is a huge plus. Located minutes away from Kyoto station. We arrived early to drop off luggage in the storage but our room happened to be ready. The check in process was simple and the front desk attendant was extremely pleasant. He spoke excellent English and he provided helpful information and tips. The lobby is like a museum and the hotel is super clean. The toilet opens automatically with all the special accents making it comfortable and the shower/bath is to die for. The room was sexy with all lights being dim-able with a special view. The kitchen was helpful and the washer/dryer is super convenient. This hotel/staff get 10/10."
