- we only stayed for 1 night - the hotel is very close to the old quarter - the staff were always helpful and forthcoming - for breakfast I chose to have gigantic pancakes with honey and chocolate and they were delicious - the rooms were pristine clean with modern equipment (large tv, new a/c) - the only drawback i can think of is there is no elevator overall 5/5, great service for a very reasonable price

What a lovely hotel!! We were greeted with such nice staff members from the first day, who gave us great recommendations on where to eat. The hotel is located in the perfect spot- very close to Ancient Town by walking, An Bang beach by biking (they offer free bike rentals!), and walking distance to the Hoi An night market. The rooms were spotless and large, and everything looked so brand new! It definitely felt like we were in a small 5 star hotel. Breakfast was amazing- you ordered what you wanted the day before and the hotel orders some of the dishes from outside vendors (they order their banh mi from Madam khan’s, which is the best banh mi we have ever had in our lives). We visited Ho Chi Minh city, Hue, Hoi An, and Hanoi during this Vietnam trip and Square Villa Hoi An was our favorite hotel by far on this trip!

This is the best hotel stay in whole Vietnam I am not kidding. The ladies are amazing from the check in to housekeeping and the chef. When we arrived we were greeted by a smiley friendly receptionist who swiftly checked us in and took to our room. The room was beautiful, very clean, crisp white linen and a spotless shiny bathroom. The room has great facilities, kettle, iron and ironing board, safe, umbrella and complementary daily water. I really appreciated that the bathroom has refillable shampoo and shower gel bottles, to reduce the plastic waste and pollution. The breakfast was delicious, you can choose 2 dishes from the menu for example eggs and bread with butter and pancake, also you get fresh fruit and 2 drinks of your choice, juice and coffee (SHOCK CONTENT coffee was real and had crema, its rate for Vietnam ;))). I would strongly recommend trying passion fruit juice, it was absolutely amazing. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised that the hotel offers free bicycle hire, we just took the bikes and went around town, it was easy and safe. The hotel is well located and only 10 minute walk to the main streets and river. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, the staff and the owner are gems, so friendly, sincere and polite. I would not hesitate to book there again and stay longer next time. Thank you

Staff : 10/10 good hospitality mindset - helped me with all the logistic with very fair price. Traveled from Bana Hill to Hotel / Hotel to basket boat / Hotel to Airport. Location : 10/10 easy to walk to everywhere! Bed: Comfortable Shower: Strong shower water :)

Best stay in Vietnam thus far. The place is conveniently located 5 minutes from Old Town just enough time be quiet at night. The owner and staff makes you feel at home and are very friendly. They also provide great food and drinks. I found that Hoa the owner went above and beyond by helping us find a private driver that was cheaper than grab. I would recommend Square Villa 10 out of 10 times!

The Hotel staffs were really kind. The breakfast were reallly satisfied, though i visited several hot famous restaurants in Danang and Hoi an, the hotel breakfast was better than those. If it has pool, it would have been best.

We were greeted and served by Van and Huong in a super friendly manner. The 3 rooms we booked were sparkling clean. Breakfast was excellent. Bicycles are complimentary to boot. We’ll come back to this family run hotel next time.

What a stay we had here. Hoi is an absolutely wonderful host and her beautiful hotel is fabulous. We stayed in a room with a balcony - it was spacious, stylish and absolutely immaculately clean. The bathroom was large, with lots of lovely complimentary toiletries and the double shower was super powerful and the water was so hot! There were complimentary bottles of water daily, and a great selection of very reasonably priced minibar snacks and drinks. Location wise, it couldn’t be more perfect for Hoi An old town - literally a 5 minute walk away but because the hotel is down a quiet side street there is no noise at all. Hoi kindly assisted us with our laundry, which was returned to us in pristine condition in less than 24 hours. She also arranged a taxi for us back to the airport, sending us on our way with bottles of water for our journey. Her kindness was truly special and I can’t recommend this lovely hotel in beautiful Hoi An enough. Thank you Hoi - we will be returning!

The villa is new and the rooms look impeccable. It is as close as you can get to the old town, so we could easily return for a quick rest or to drop some of the shopping. We took advantage of the free bikes for a small tour of the neighbouring villages/beaches (after receiving recommendations), and the hotel has huge umbrellas that you can use of you want to take a stroll during a downpour. Breakfast was delicious, the best we had during our stay in Vietnam. We extended our stay one more night as we liked the town and the hotel so much. The owner of the villa herself and the staff went to great lengths to make sure our stay was perfect.
